The entire experience was delightful. The person who came to take the measurements did not try to up-sell me. He was on time and efficient. The installer did a meticulous job. In fact, when he cut one of the exterior rubber trim pieces an inch too short, he refused to take the final payment until he had returned to replace it with another piece of trim. I wish more companies were this conscientious about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company.

I thought I just had a snapped garage cable but the pulleys and spring were also damaged. I purchased a rebuild kit that offered more parts and had a warranty that was close in price to the three parts alone. Very satisfied with work and price

i received a professional advise from the sales receptionist and from the technician himself. They project a company that places more on the customer satisfaction and the financial well being of the customer as well. The receptionist points out how I will save money by making sure I understood the other options I had that will save me time and money in the long run instead of just doing the immediate repair. This is the same approach I received from the technician.

This project had to be stopped before it had even begun, so I cannot speak to the quality of the work. Once I got through to the correct people to explain why I needed to cancel the contract, they were understanding and worked to get my refund issued quickly. I was disappointed to have to stop this project because my garage door does need to be replaced, and TGS offered a variety of products and price ranges.

They were very pleasant to deal with. The salesman's evaluation was thorough, and they didn't try to rip us off. We thought we needed to replace the entire system, but they told us the motor was still functional and didn't need to be replaced. One other company we spoke to was going to charge us sales tax, but there is no tax on capital improvement! They recommended which type of door would be best for our needs, and we needed a custom door because our entry size was not standard. This took extra time to make, and when the door was ready, the install was scheduled shortly there after. The professional was there for a few hours, and he did a fantastic job. Our door looks great, and I would recommend this company!

TGS was great. There was a minor scheduling conflict on their end but customer service went above and beyond to get a technician out on the date I needed, thanks Kimberly. Steven called 45 minutes in advance to let me know that he was on his way. Steven did a great job on my repair! He explained everything and went over my options. My door works better now then when it was originally installed by a big box retailer several years ago. Thanks Steven & TGS.

Our Salesman Tim Little and installer Rich Surdez were extremely professional, personable and thorough. They were both great to deal with and the installation and the way the doors look are terrific.

The cost of the repair was highly priced and not expected to the cost. To replace two springs and rollers was 500.00.

We love the new garage door, they did an excellent job.
