Did not keep the appointments scheduled. Showed up qurater to seven and gave them second chance. Than gave him a check. Than scheduled a time to come out on September 21st at 8:00a,m.. Never showed. Than called the office at 10:00a.m. they said they did not have it on the books. Than called back said would come out between 6:00-7:00 p.m. and this when canceled everything requested for refund for $300. A women Kathy called from the office said will call back. She did call back handing it over the finance.

Punctual, professional, knowledgeable. Assessment provided a diagnosis and list of options. The job was completed efficiently, with no mess, and a smile! Pricing was as expected and fair. Should the need arise again I would not hesitate to call TGS!

The TGS rep arrived on time and fixed my garage in 5 minutes. I m not sure if $125 per spring is a reasonable price since this is my first time replacing my garage door springs.

Came on time, they were efficient in scheduling, but were incredibly over-priced and I did not end up hiring them. Instead of a requested garage door tune-up, they proposed a complete overhaul of two garage doors for one hour work and $100 in small parts, they wanted to charge me $1,000... insane. I paid them for a $79 service call.
