The whole process was great. They came out and gave me a quote. I called them for scheduling after a discussed a date with my wife, the women on the phone was a pleasure to talk to, she took all my information and called me the day before to confirm. They showed up ON TIME to start the job. The person who came to the house was professional and explained everything in detail. YES -- I would use them again.

This is the fourth year we have asked Mark Mayer to power wash our house, and we are already on the docket for next year. This well-run, family-owned company goes above and beyond to provide superior service and a quality experience. First of all,a PERSON answers the phone! Secondly, they show up when they say they willl show up. Third, they go above and beyond what is required on the job. Although we have had Mark over to work in the past, we first took a tour around the house and he pointed out problem areas and how he would address them. We discussed the cleaner he would use (won't hurt our plants!). He hooked his truck up to our water supply and off he went. Four hours later, we had a pristine house, and as a bonus, a scubbed front walkway. After he was done, we walked around and inspected the work. YAY! Ready for summer! We cannot recommend this company enough. A fine, locally owned company. The next day we called to schedule for same time next year, which we recommend because this group is busy,and with good reason. Why can't everyone be like this????

Mark the owner was a gentleman from the start, great communication and came when promised. His worker Al was courteous and thorough. Before the start of work, Al did a walk around my home to discuss the job to be done. Mark (Owner) came during the job to hand scrub my gutters. The gutters get these water/dirt stains on the outside of them that is impossible to clean. Not a problem for Mark and Al..the gutters look brand new! Before packing up, Mark did a walk around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied. The entire job looks great. I would highly recommend Mark Mayer Power Washing. Thanks, guys.

Excellent, showed up on time. Weather was an issue and they were most accommodating. Put in a full day for 5 days. Wasn't the lowest price but not at all unreasonable. Their professionalism and knowledge made me relax knowing the job was done properly.

It went well and Mark was very responsive. Especially since I reached out end of Nov/ December and that's typically not the season for power washing. We are very happy with our clean fence and house!

Initially the vacuum wouldn't start, but a supervisor came out quickly and fixed the issue. Very professionally handled, even though there was a hiccup.

Mark Mayer Power Washing was great. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had had two previous power washers come to give us an estimate, and although their cost estimate was similar, both of them indicated they might not be able to get the mold off of the white trim on our house, particularly the higher trim. The mold was my biggest reason for getting the house power washed. Justin came out and gave me an estimate on the earliest date I gave him; he was professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the mold, and he was confident they would be able to clean it. They followed up that day to schedule an appointment within the week. Justin and Bob did the work carefully and diligently, and Mark stopped by to check on the job. I cannot tell you how happy I was to see how great the house looked. All of the mold everywhere was off, including a set of back side steps that I never thought would look white again. I will definitely be using them again.

Communication was excellent and very prompt when initially contacted for an estimate. After receiving a detailed quote the service was booked and the cleaning was done the following week. Overall a very smooth process and excellent customer service and the house looks great.

Mark was a master craftsman who threw in some extra work bc he wanted things to look just right. I highly recommend him and his office staff. I will be using them again.

I first called on a weekday at around 5:00 PM and instantly got a live person.. The lady in the office who answered was polite and pleasant. She setup an appointment for the owner to come out to give a free estimate. The owner (Mark Mayer) came out on time and was very polite, professional and personable. I liked him right away because he seemed like an old school business man who takes pride in his work and seems very trustworthy. His 50+ excellent ratings on Angies List didn't hurt either. Mark took the time to explain their process which includes high-powered powerwashing and gentle pressure on sensitive surfaces like door moulding for example. They also use hot water and a pet-friendly bio-degradable detergent which was a big plus for our family since we have a dog and nephews that use our in-ground pool. So, Mark walked around with me looking at everything I wanted done. He also suggested additional things that would benefit from powerwashing to include on the quote for as optional for future consideration. Mark was not pushy or salesy at all. The reason he put the optional items on the quote was that if I wanted to do those items in the future (even 3 years down the road) he would honor the same price on the quote. Now that you don't see nowadays. He gave me the quote instantly and I was very satisfied with the price. Next, the nice lady from the office called to schedule the work and they were available to start about a week later. The technician (Al) came when he was suppose to. He was very nice, polite, and professional. We did a walk around the whole property to ensure our expectations of the scope of work and price were in sync. He also looked for issues like loose siding or open windows that we would need to look out for. Once we were both satified I signed the paper stating that it was ok to proceed. Al started the work right away and the results on everything were great. The concrete is clean again, the gutters look great, the siding looks brand new and the dark blue color really jumps out again. The fascia, soffit, trim, and vinyl fence all look gleaming white. One side of the house had alot of green mold and black mold so he did it twice without me asking. Al even did some extra work that I didn't ask for, just as a courtesy. (Another thing that you don't see nowadays) At the end, Al asked me to walk around with him again because they will not charge me if I am not satisfied with the work. Of course I was more than satisfied so I signed the paper so they can bill my credit card. They also agreed to take a check. At the end when saying goodbye, Al offered to put my cars back in the driveway for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Justin and his father Mark were incredibly professional. They did a terrific job, and everything looks amazing. We had a tight deadline and they really bent over backwards to make it work for us. They were incredibly thorough about going over everyting before and after the work was done. They were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them in the future, and also plan to use them in the fall for gutter cleaning.

Mark came to my home to provide an estimate, explain the process and make some recommendations. They did a great job. The siding looked brand new. I was a little ahead of the season in scheduling because I was putting my house up for sale but they were accommodating about my tight scheduling. It turned out to be a cool, gray day but Justin still did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
