COLEMAN TILE

It went awful....John Coleman always showed up late if at all. He didn"t show up for the initial estimate ( I should have known what a poor business man he was then). On several occasions he did not show up for the work that was supposed to be done. He never returned any of my calls, because his business was in my town, I would have to drive to his place of business and see why he didn't show up. When the counter was installed it was to long on the ends, he didn't want to have it removed and redone stating that "that the way it's supposed to be". After a huge "ta-do", it was removed and cut to the right size. When I thought I was finally done with this company, I wasn't !
2 weeks after they finished, we looked at the backsplash tile, It had turned yellow, due to the tile being installed wet. ( they were old stock from his inventory, that had gotten wet.) I tried several times to contact him by phone, to no avail. I drove down to the company, and found HE WAS OUT OF BUSINESS!
I called another company and paid to have all the backspash repaired and sealed...
I dont know if he opened another business ( I heard he is now a consstruction business). Stay clear of any company that bears his name.

The installer and salesperson went over and beyond my expectations.  John and Ralphie were excellent.  They helped in other areas which were not part of the installation process.  I would use their services again if needed I highly recommend them for any job..

I WENT OVER TO COLEMAN AND THEY WERE HALF THE PRICE OF OTHER COMPANIES. I CHOSE THE GROUT IN THE STORE, BUT WHEN THE INSTALLER PUT THE GROUT DOWN IT ACTUALLY LOOKED HORRIBLE. THE INSTALLER STOPPED WORKING AND ASKED ME TO LOOK AT THE GROUT WHICH I APPRECIATED BECAUSE MOST INSTALLERS WOULD NOT STOP. THEY WOULD JUST KEEP GOING AND GOING. JOHN WAS NICE ENOUGH TO GO AND PICK OUT THE CORRECT GROUT COLOR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE JUST ALL AROUND VERY GOOD AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY EVEN KEPT IN CONTACT AND JOHN GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER.
