Suburban Window Cleaning

I bought a new house with A LOT of windows. I think over eighty. These guys did a great job. I guess window cleaners can only do a bad or good job. Either they are clean or they aren't. They are nice and clean. Thanks.

When they were aware that they would be late they phoned to inform me, like courteous professional often do. Since the big deal only covered 10 double hung windows I paid a little extra for the additional windows and power washing. Upon arrival, they accessed the job and recommended I have the house power washed. I informed them that I already had an appointment with a different company. They explained the washing solution that would be used on the house would create a film on my windows and the planned cleaning would have been a waste of money. I agreed to their company servicing both the house and windows. They did such an excellent job of cleaning my house and windows, my neighbors made an inquiry for their cleaning services. Inspeaking with one of the gentlemen, I was made aware of the many other services they offered. In all honesty I wish I had hired them to clean my ceramic tiles as well. They will be my one stop shop for future cleanings. There were two minor issues (1) They didn?t properly reinstall the screen in one of my Son?s bedroom windows, so the screen fell out and I can?t put it back in because it is an outside mount. ? In their defense I don?t not make them aware of this. I would hope that they would check the operation of any items they reseat. As this is a standard quality control practice. (2) When they moved my Teak patio table they must have dragged it because one of the legs was pulled out- table legs were not square. I?m am sure this made the table a little weak- wobbly. Since I caught this issue later in the day no real damage was done. I mention it because if he needed help moving anything he should say so instead of risking damaging a client?s merchandise. Despite these two minor issues, I would not hesitate in hiring them again, they removed all the grunge of the fall and winter?s storms.

Arrived on time. All windows cleaned beautifully. Takes extra care to make sure everything is done right.

They were very professional and came over in a timely manner. The service was done as I needed. I had to reschedule at the last minute and they were every kind to accommodate me.

They seemed to do an okay job. The house looks a little brighter overall. They left a couple of marks on the side of the house, but I don't think it was damage.

I purchased a power wash and quot;deal.and quot; Arrived at appointed time and got right to work. Friendly, courteous. As with most houses, there are certain areas that need more attention than others. Took care to give them special attention. After cleaning, took time to walk through job examination with me. Siding is clean and bright . Window cleaning went the same. Done manually and looks clean/streak-free. Very pleased with both services.

Our vinyl siding is about 8 years old, had never been cleaned, suffered several hot, humid summers and three hurricanes. The original color was medium grayish green with white trim, but the weather and time had added a yellowish green tinge. Now the color is back to the original. The job was done and they started putting their equipment away, when I heard the power washer going again. The provider noticed some patches on the north side of the house that were not quite right (I did not notice this). He used another product to correct the problem. I am completely satisfied with this job. The provider mentioned that they clean carpets too - with a hydrogen peroxide based cleaner that dries in two hours. I am planning to hire them for carpet cleaning.

The work performed was fine but the price was not. The Angie's List deal was $225. Our house was 2700 sq ft instead of the deal limit of 2500 sq ft. The additional surcharge was another $110. Although our square footage was 8% more than the limit, the price increased by 49%! I did not think the increase was reasonable but since I had already purchased the deal and taken the day off from work, I did not cancel. Very disappointed.

They were prompt, friendly and excellent to work with. There was a misunderstanding with the deal but they were great.

Company did an excellent job. The entire process was handled very professionally. The work done was super. Will use them for other projects I have. I was very pleased with them.

They showed up just as scheduled and did an excellent job. The carpets never looked better.

They were very responsive. They had one person do the whole job. He came out and gave me an estimate. They wanted to reschedule, but I really needed them done. He came out even though he had some personal issues going on.

I called and left message which was returned promptly to ask about pricing and to setup the appointment. When the worker arrived, he gave an estimate for cleaning the windows inside and out, along with cleaning the screens. It turns out he did not bring along the window washing equipment and attempted to do it on the first day by hand. The next day he showed up with the equipment and redid the outside of the windows. He next explained that our screens were too dirty and he would not be able to do them for the price quoted. The windows were still very streaked even when he was finished doing them all for the second time. He did not touch the screens, but still charged me the original quoted price which was to include the screens. The bottom line, very unprofessional. He didn't bother giving us a quote for cleaning the grout and needless to say we would have declined at this point.

Very reponsive company, via email and phone, pleasant and punctual. One employee showed for a job that ordinarily takes 2 or more people to complete. As a result, the one-day job was a two-day job. But results were good.

Russell put in a full day cleaning 44 panes for $350. The job was really well-done. I wish I knew about the possibility of an add-on service for windows with aluminum oxidation on them (from the screens over the years). This would have been $100 extra as I understand it. (Though that is the price to come and touch up the problematic ones with the special oxidation remover. Perhaps it is cheaper if included in the job at the outset.) Russell is very affable. His work is excellent. He is sort of an independent contractor to Suburban (Marina and Steve). I was surprised at his talk about people who didn't tip since I hadn't planned to do so. Ultimately he offered to windows not included in the original estimate (4 garage ones and the garage side-door panes) and I gave him a 35 dollar tip. We plan to hire him again in the future.
