Very pleasant, called me first thing in the morning and was able to come same day. He spent 4 hours doing the job, did not rush. Also, while doing upholstery and chairs, he ran machine over my area rugs at no additional charge.

Paul did an excellent job on our carpets and they were extremely dirty. He was able to get out some spots that had been there for about a year. I had tried to remove the spots and was never successful. He did a beautiful job and I will use him again.
