Paul is super-friendly, professional, and was very thorough cleaning my 2 sofas, 2 chairs and 1 area rug. He even did my hallway rugs (and didn't charge me). He was a little late (45 min), but he did call to say he was running late. I would definitely recommend him and told Paul I would call him next year to get the same things cleaned again.

Arrived a little bit later than expected but he did a great job on the carpeting and was polite and very professional. Price was exactly as quoted on the phone. I did buy the bottle of spot remover just in case - since I do have grands!
