Paul was very cordial, friendly and cooperative. He had to work within the constraints of a household that had just moved (picture boxes everywhere) and other workmen around. My only negative comment is that when we spoke on the phone, received a price quote, and I made the appointment, there was no discussion of the "extra costs" such as scotchguarding, that I was then forced to make a decision on the spot. I would use Paul again, I would just ask more questions upfront.

Paul was very prompt in responding to my query on Service Magic..... He accepted my impomptu request and accomodated my job in between his other jobs making sure that he would be able to do justice to it....and even showed up on time. He is friendly, and even helped me move couple of things around the area that was to be cleant.....who does that now a days.....? Nice guy, great attitude, great service. The guy promised a lot on the phone but when he came in later than the scheduled time and he started pointing out spots which could not be cleaned completely. Those were the first signs of a person getting ready to defend himself. He took longer than expected and by the time he finished the sun had set and I could not make out any problems that day. He would not agree to return for the money the next day. the next day I noticed that not only had he done a bad job cleaning the carpet(he did not take care of the black spots i had specifically mentioned) but he also left grease spots on my new painted walls which he refused to acknowledge or fix

a kind and courteous gentleman and would highly recommend his professionalism and expertise. We were considering removing our carpet due to the many stains it had. He came in advised that he could get rid of the stains and saved us from actually having to install a new carpet...Great Job

Paul was very responsive to my inquiries about my type of rugs. He seemed very thorough while working at my house. He warned me of the possibility that the rugs wouldn't get as clean as when they were first new. He did the best that he could; and now that they have dried they are much better than when he first started.
