The cleaning job was excellent, however they had said that they would fix the broken cord from the living room drape & they forgot to do so. The drape is closed & I can't open it.

The job Paul did for my townhome left the edges of the carpeting still very dirty upon inspection in the morning. Paul completed my 2 bedroom townhome in 45 minutes to my surprise. Thought it was too quick and I was right.. The edges of the carpeting were not cleaned effectively especially along the stairs and upstairs den and rooms where alot of the dirt gets collected

Very helpful in suggesting alternative to plant cleaning of the rug. The steam cleaning accomplished the goal and was less expensive than sending it out.
