The person they sent, Paul, couldn't have been better. He was courteous and did his job well. Can see why the company is called "friendly", everyone involved were certainly that.

Courteous and professional, I could not have asked for a better carpet cleaner. We had planned on replacing the carpet until we found Paul and his company were able to rid us of cat urine stains and odor. We plan on using them again in the future.

Paul did a great job. We would definitely recommend them.

Super professional, very friendly, just like their name says. I had a big issue with my cats deciding to pee all over my sofa (ugh). AFCC came same day and not only cleaned my couch, but also the cat tree and a few pillows for good measure, without adding to my initial estimate. They were also they only people to give me an estimate on the phone based on my description of the issue and didn't vary from it by one cent after job was done. They're very honest also - cat pee is the hardest smell in the world to get out - and let me know some odor may still remain, even before starting. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat.

Although a bit late, he arrived and took his time with the job of cleaning my den sofa. He was pleasant and explained in fully what he was going to do. After completion, I inspected the sofa and it was much cleaner and brighter than before, however I noticed a hole in one of the cushions. Although the couch is in excellent condition, it is 17 years old. He claimed he saw the hole and assumed I knew about it. I can't swear the hole was or wasn't there since it was on the underside of the cushion. He made no attempt to assume responsibility and I can't say when or why the hole appeared. I hope it doesn't worsen in the future.

My couch is new again. In the near future I am going to have my 2 chairs done. Paul has a great personallity & his work is excelent. My rug also is like new. I would recommend him to all my friends.

We called and asked for same day service, because the person that we originally hired could not do the job. A Friendly Carpet Cleaning came that day and did a great job. Thank you.
