First of all, I would like to say, we started our lawn service contract with Nature's Pro Pine Brook branch since 2010 without any problems. Unfortunately, this year we prepaid our yearly lawn service contract in early Feb & everything went sour. So far, we've got 1 early spring service (it's late June now) after we called & were rudely told "We can't get everyone in one time, we will get to you when we can,". We did get our first & only service in the year in Mar 21. After months with no services, we contacted the company again in June & questioning what happened. Our contact person (Chris) defensively claimed that they "hit" everyone already for spring service but he would check in their system. Chris later left us a message stated with NO fault of the company, computer system decided to just skip our house like it was just an act of God. He made us felt like it's actually part of our fault. We contacted Chris again & requesting for our late spring service now since the hot day is coming. Chris yelled (I am not lying, yelled) " absolutely not, the only thing you will get is the grub control like everyone else is getting". He then stated that he drove by our house & our lawn looked "good enough" for him. He apparently needed a pair of glasses, our front lawn is browning & we have weeds in our backyard. I guess our effort to keep a beautiful lawn & contracted Nature's Pro for a "customized lawn care" is actually based on ONE person's objective opinion of " good enough". The detailed "customized lawn treatments" as described for the spring care about "preparing for the hot summer ahead by stimulating root development & soil aeration and preventing thatch from increasign" with NPK Fertilizer + secondary & micro nutrients, root stimulants, natural aeration & thatch control, pest controls were totally not important. Either Nature's Pro lied about the customized program needed or Chris did. We asked to cancel our contract, but were rudely told we would only get partial money back. At this point, after being yelled, hung up & ignored a signed contract with no apology by Nature's Pro's Pine Brook branch, I would recommend everyone think twice about starting a service contract or any service with them. We will complete our review if we got our money back in a couple of weeks. At this point, I am not even sure.
