HALEY DOOR CO

We have a sticker in our garage that says Haley Doors can be reached 24 hours a day if we call the 800 number on the sticker. I called the number 10 times within a 3 week period and left messages. No return call. I went to the address, which turns out to be the owner's house and left a note on the windshield of the truck asking them to PLEASE call me back as we could not open one garage door. The man finally called back and said he has been busy and he would come by the next day. He never came. Never called. Nothing. Ridiculous. Luckily we could undo a hinge and manually open the door when we needed to get out. We went with another company. I have never seen such poor customer service. I removed the sticker from our garage as it just reminds me of how bad this company really is. I tell everyone I know to never bother with them. This coming from a person who never writes a negative review. It takes a lot for me to get worked up but this "company" managed to do it.
