They were on time, and the team lead was minimally courteous. the other two of the team just had frowns, if not miserable, tired looks on their faces, and made no attempt to say hello etc. the move in cleaning job, itself, which should entail wiping/scrubbing down everything, was done very poorly. we cannot believe hw much grime, dust, crumbs, sitcky stuff, soap residue we found all over the house after the supposed full cleaning was performed by a team of three for four hours. bc of how obiouvs not fully cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, appliances were, we had to reclean everything ourselves in a rush, to have clean places to place our belongings as part of an already stressful time of moving into a house we bought. We tried to contact the company owner right away about the dissatisfaction, but never got a call back. she just cashed the check asap. feel robbed.

Service went great and I recommend this company.

Did a good and through job. Was a little late in arriving also said they would be sending 2 people but only 1 came. Did a good job cleaning, mopping, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, tubs toilets etc. Cleaned kitchen thoroughly was told to close and lock windows on leaving they left two windows open. Also requested that the check be made out to the maid herself rather than the company. Overall was happy with the job and would hire them again.

Carpets look like new. They are actually about 12 years old. Spots removed, soil and grime gone. Jennifer and her assistant took their time, worked hard and delivered as promised on very short notice. They were on time and unfailingly polite. Jen even offered to help with window washing while her assistant finished up. Noce gal. Happy to pay evry reasonable fee for service rendered.Even helped me find a reputable painter as I am not from the area and wanted someone reliable quickly.

I have been having my home cleaned for years and I have never seen it look this good. Jennifer and her team came in they were on time polite and professional. They cleaned my 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, living room and dining room and they did an immaculate job. They are definitely all about the details. When I returned home after they were finished I was just blown away. My home felt fresh and seemed brighter. All of the beds were made, everything from the ceiling to floor was cleaned and dust free, my hardwood floors looked amazing. They got underneath and behind all of my furniture. My kitchen and appliances looked new again and the bathrooms were incredible. I have 2 cats and dog so I was happy to see my couches were vacuumed inside and out, every thing was neat and organized. I really feel my money was well spent, they brought my home back to life. Hands down they best clean I have ever had. I now have my home cleaned weekly by them and they have delivered the same great quality every time. If your in their area and looking to have home cleaned GIVE THEM A CALL!!!!!! I know you wont be disappointed.

I have never seen my home so clean! I have a 3 bedroom home 2 bath, kitchen, livingroom and diningroom and Jennifer did it all Top to bottom For only $75. I couldn't believe it!!! Most other companies I called was a minimum of $150. I am very satisfied with the services jennifer provided. She's very professional and a joy to be around, I will definatley be using her services more often.
