Total Climate Control

The service person corrected the immediate problem with the AC, a clogged filter. However, he did not check the AC charge so we will have to have somebody out again.

Our central air stopped blowing cold air. I researched repair shops in the area and decided to give Total Climate Control a call. I called at about 8:30am. Shortly thereafter I was speaking with someone to schedule an appointment for later the same day. They were supposed to show up between 2pm -6pm. When the technician was running late, I got a call from the office. The tech, Chuck showed up around 6pm and diagnosed the problem. I needed a new condensor that he did not have on his truck. He drove back to the office, picked up the part and returned an hour later. In a raging downpour he quickly got the job done. Thanks Chuck, job done

Total Climate Control installed a new furnace for me. They were by far the cheapest solution, and their quality on the project was great. Very friendly customer service, and very knowledgeable installers. They removed my huge 20 year old furnace and installed a much smaller one, but kept the AC system in tact, which I requested. No hard sells when installing. Quick and professional. They are the #1 contact on my list for HVAC now!!

The full amount hit my credit card prior to the job, even though the contract says 30% up front. Now I know why - their 2 person crew spent 14 hours at my house today and I have no working heat. And they have no clue what is wrong. I called to complain and they said they would "pass along the message."

They installed a unit that leaked freon and have never been able to find or fix leak!!

Team was very professional and offered very good advise. Although there were minor issues after installation , TCC were quick to respond and resolve problem.

The initial meeting was good, the price was right, the crew arrived on time however they did take longer than originally estimated. There was a leak that we noticed the following day and it wasn't made clear that it wasn't something of concern since it would stop on its own. Unfortunately we didn't here back from them until we called for the yearly maintenance and then indicated that the leak hadn't been addressed. That was when the part that was leaking was finally replaced. In all, even though the crew that came to do the work did a good job the person who is in charge of scheduling and customer service should be following up better.

Hired Total Climate Control to replace an aging forced hot air, oil-fired furnace. Their bid was competitive and their scheduling prompt. They installed a well-known make/model furnace that had good reviews online. The only issue we had was that our furnace had a defective sensor that caused the blower to run continuously. In spite of this, I give Total Climate Control 5 stars because they stayed on top of the problem and in contact with us. They performed a temporary fix to the sensor and when the new part arrived they replaced the defective one all under warranty and in a timely manner. Everything is working great now.

The service Tech was thorough, considerate and knowledgeable. I will be hiring this company again. Thank you!

Only concern was how late they arrived @ my home within the 3-6 hour time slot, the tech arrived @ 20 minutes before 6:00, He gave great advice abouit other things that could be fixed in the chimmney. I do have one concern that I need to talk over eith the owner before I can give my commments.

Matthew Rabideau is very professional and responsive. There were some initial problems with the installation. Matt promptly sent technicans to fix the problems. I liked his work, so we hired Total Climate Control for another project also.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and appropriate adjustments made.

Matt was very helpful and great to deal with from start to finish.
