Total Climate Control

I had an ejection pump replaced in a lower level bathroom. The repair was scheduled quickly and the cost was very reasonable. The repairman was efficient and knowledgeable.

The project was completed on time as promised. The system works great and we are happy with the results. There a few things that needed to completed and these were completed a week later. When the boiler was ready to go into use, I didn't have the LP gas tanks installed yet, so they temporarily hooked up a regulator and 20lb propane tank that worked well until the large gas tanks were delivered.

Contractor was very informative without being pushy as we made our installation decision. Followed through on all promises made and work was done in a timely manner. Very pleased with job done and clean up that was performed afterward. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is that we felt review of product instructions could have been more thorough once installed and we have not had furnance long enough to fully endorse the product.

Chuck and Jeff came out to install, and spent 4 days making sure everything was perfect. The vents are great - look like recessed lights, and it is bliss to have a comfortable home without the roar of a window unit. We truly couldn't be more pleased. These guys are professionals, truly care about recommending, installing, and supporting the system that's right for us. I've already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. The repair person was knowledgeable and professional. It took less time than I thought, however, everything is getting more and more expensive to fix. The LAARS system isn't what it used to be, especially with the public water source, pennichuck. Who knows what is in the water? I am glad I had this prompt and professional service. thank you.

All was great until I found out that I had to pay for them to get the part and come back. Shouldn't the $94.00 to walk in the door cover it?
