Integrity Overhead Doors

I contacted Jamie on Sunday night, by Morning he was at the house and had fixed everything ... Very friendly, worked with my timing and completed all of the work quickly and at a great price.

This was the best experience I've had with a contractor in a long, long time. Even though it was a Sunday, I received a call back right away. We talked general estimate and set a time for Jamie to come and do the repair. He was on time and called before he came. We reviewed the garage door and it was right on spot with the estimate. He also suggested, without any pressure at all, that safety cables be installed. He did all of this work in a short period of time. Jamie was professional in every sense and I would recommend him and his services to anyone.

Jamie is a true professional in every sense of the word. We had used Jamie previously on a garage door repair at our old house, so when we moved into a house with an old garage which had no opener we knew who to call. The garage is challenging, with low ceilings and an even lower beam running across the space where the garage door opener should be located. Two previous owners had tried and failed to put in an opener--they said it couldn't be done--but Jamie figured out a solution that involved a transverse-mounted opener and a custom cut rail, and it worked perfectly. Jamie is conscientious, prompt, honest, and no-nonsense--everything you'd want in a contractor/service professional, and his work is outstanding and reasonably priced. Can't recommend him more highly.

Jamie was extremely responsive. He made the repairs less then 24 hours after discussing the job over the phone. He kept us informed of his arrival time and when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issues, gave us an estimate and completed the repair. One garage door was in really bad shape and he was able to repair it. As a result of his work both garage doors run as smooth as silk. He was extremely professional and courteous. We would definitely hire Jamie again. We were extremely pleased and will recommend him to friends.

Jamie answered my phone call and was able to come out the next day. He looked over both garage door opening systems and gave an honest diagnosis of the problems and a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs. He completed the work in a timely manner. I've been an Angie's List member for a while and this was the first time I hired someone to do this type of work. It was a great experience. Both garage doors now are working great !!!! I would definitely hire Jamie again.

The service was absolutely first rate. Jaimie immediately responded to my email and included a description of various openers and prices. I called him and we set up an installation appointment for the next day. That morning, he phoned when he had a cancellation and could get to my house earlier. The installation went smoothly and he couldn't have been nicer. He even pointed out a $20 Angie's List coupon that brought down the price to $405!

Jamie did an Outstanding job of installing our new garage doors and openers for us. His work was of high quality, very responsive to emails and very efficient during installation. I would highly recommend him for this service.

Jamie is a consummate professional. He called because he was going to arrive early, was courteous, meticulous, and thorough. He worked efficiently, did a beautiful job, and explained everything very clearly and was so helpful. His price was very fair for the job he did. I really can't recommend him enough. Jamie was great to work with. When another garage person flaked out, I called Jamie based on his Angie's List reviews. He responded promptly, and provided an estimate very quickly.

I had a great overall experience with Integrity Doors. Jamie responded quickly to a request for an estimate, and came out when he said he would for a quote. After looking at my doors, he confirmed that they were oversized and that only one specific brand would work with them. He also said I could go with other potentially more glamorous door lines but if I wanted to do that he'd need to build down the height of the door opening to fit, which I didn't want. He then gave me a quote on the spot and a color brochure from Wayne-Dalton (the door manufacturer), and showed me which styles of doors and trim were possible. Several weeks went by as I got sidetracked by other house projects, but when I was ready I figured out exactly how I wanted the doors to look on the Wayne-Dalton site, sent Jamie a link by email, and he ordered the doors right away. He was very easy to communicate with and we did most of the setup over email after the initial consultation. On the day of the install he showed up with a helper and the two of them worked for most of the day removing our old, ancient garage doors and their equally ancient (and loud!) openers. This was no easy feat as the old tracks were embedded in the concrete plaster and he had to pry them out somehow. Once he got the new ones in he showed me the different features and even programmed the remotes so they were ready to go. Jamie was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Our new doors look fantastic and give the entire house a facelift!

Using Angie's list, I contacted three vendors for quotes. One vendor looked at my house when I was gone and the other told me to email him pictures. Jamie (Integrity) was the only one who would meet me outside normal working hours (so I would not have to take time off from work). Jamie and another vendor sold Amarr doors, the third vendor sold another brand. Jamie provided the lowest price of all three. He also has the highest number of Angie List reviews by a wide margin. The Amarr website is awesome. I was able to upload a picture of my house to their website and was able to see exactly how all the doors would look on my house. Jamie also provided me with information on the doors construction and insulation qualities. I choose him and provided him the info from the Amarr website. He ordered the doors right away - did not even ask for a deposit like the other two wanted. They arrived a few weeks later and he scheduled an installation date with me. Due to weather, he asked if we could reschedule the following week. He arrived exactly on time with an assistant. It took them all day to take down the old doors and install the new ones. I don't think they took any breaks. When finished, they cleaned everything up and hauled out the old doors and openers. The doors look great. There was a problem a couple days later with one of the openers. I called Jamie and he returned on Saturday with a new unit and installed. Everything is all good now. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Integrity Overhead Doors responded very quickly to my initial request for a quotation for a new garage door opener, and gave a clear and detailed response; they also promptly answered my follow-up questions. We set up a date and time for the installation for the next week -- but the one glitch in the process is that my appointment was apparently lost. However, when I called to follow up, I got an immediate response (and multiple apologies), and they were at my door within a couple of hours. The new opener was installed quickly and professionally, and overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase and installation.

While staying at a friends house we had a situation where the main garage door broke when it was closing which we found out when we got back home. My friend and I could not see anything from visual inspection (nor did we know what to look for) but after reading so stuff online the symptoms did indicate a broken spring. I called Integrity Overhead Doors on Saturday afternoon when the door broke, as they stated on the list they were a 24/7 emergency service. I called 3 service providers two of which stated 24/7 service. The owner called back later that afternoon and after asking a few questions scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. (As of this review we have not heard from the other 2 companies.) He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and bent pulley, due to pulley snapping back against wall when spring broke. He was given the go ahead to perform the repair and did so quickly and the total price was very reasonable. My friend would use his service again.

Jamie was great. He came on time. He did all work he said he would do, to a professional level. Our garage doesn't have much clearance above the door, but he handled this just fine. He removed all the old hardware and door and cleaned everything up. He explained there might be some sound upon opening due to a clearance issue, but we have not noticed anything. I did purchase for 45 dollars the outside wireless door opener. Otherwise, not sure how a walking person would be able to open the door. I thought it might be included in the opener price but it was not. Not a big deal and we certainly needed it. Door looks great. Works great. A whole lot quieter than the old steel wheels and springs. I highly recommend Jamie for his courtesy, price, and professionalism.

The quality of the doors are great. They're beautiful and really do add to the house. Jamie is fantastic. My #1 goal with any contractor is a high say:do ratio. If you say, you're going to do it, you do it and with high quality. Jamie said he'd: -Get us garage door brochures: He did. -Consult with us: He did. -Get us a quote in 2 days: He did. -Order and get the doors in within 4 weeks: He did. -Keep us up-to-date during the 4 weeks as to the status of delivery and install: He did. -Be out on a certain day for installation: He was. -Do the job with high quality: He did. A+

The motor would run, but the door didn't open. I called a few companies; they all wanted to charge at least $100 just to take a look. Jamie said he would come out and look for no charge. He replaced two of the cables; he let me know the other cables are worn, but that I could wait on those repairs. The motor is old, so I am having him replace it for me. He said that I could pay him for this part of the job once he replaced the motor. I was impressed with his honesty. I feel like there are so few of these kind of people around, he should be rewarded. He was able to come out the same day; the other said it would be a week.

Great; Jamie came out for a consultation a few weeks back and after we agreed to move forward and selected the doors we got an early June time frame for the work. Jamie said he'd arrive between 10 and 11 to do the work and at 10:05 the doorbell rang. About 5 hours later, we had two new garage doors. I didn't see any remnants of the old garage doors at all - the site was extremely clean afterwards.

I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Jamie. He was so responsive, punctual and professional. Everything he did was exactly as planned. He showed up, removed all the old doors and tracks, installed all new and was done and left the garage spotless all in a day. I am so happy to have found Jamie and Integrity Overhead Doors.

After calling, he came over next day to temporarily make door operable, while the springs are on order. installed the springs. garage door works great. Really nice guy to work with. highly recommend

Not only did he fix the problem, he also did some maintenance on the runners and cables. The door is quieter now than it has ever been! I called in the morning - Jamie was there in the afternoon and the problem fixed - same day! He was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend him and will call him again if the need arises. Great job!!

It turned out good; the door is working good. What I liked most is the quality of the product. I can't think of anything that I disliked. I was not here when they were here, but I know it took a day or less than a day to do the work.

I called Thursday night. They called early Friday morning and came to my home to fix the problem at noon the same day. Quick, professional and quality service.
