Jamie did an awesome job. He arrived exactly when he said he would, got right to work. Figured out an unusual noise and replaced the part causing it. Took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was satisfied with the result.

They were honest in explaining over the phone how to fix the problem myself. No fee. Made me want to use them where there was a real problem. Later, when I had a real problem, they came and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable rate.

Showed up on time, checked everything out and made some adjustments. It fixed the problem and he didn't charge me.

Integrity arrived and told me the door could be repaired with a strut and new hinges. He started right away, and was done in less than an hour. If we need any similar service in the future, we would definitely call Integrity again.

Jamie was very responsive to my need. He answered my email promptly and phoned to set up a convenient time to come to my home and replace the spring. Jamie takes pride in his work and it shows. He comes prepared with a truck full of tools and a willingness to answer any questions a customer could have about the job. I highly recommend him.

Great! Got a service appointment for two days after my call. I had told him it wasn't an emergency since the car wasn't in the garage when the spring broke. Jamie showed up exactly on schedule and as soon as he looked at the door he realized the problem was the spring and not the cable. He ordered a replacement spring before he even left, estimating he'd have it in a week to ten days. He called one week later, spring in hand, came the next day and did the job. His price was exactly what he'd told me it would be. Jamie was easy to deal with and made no attempt to upsell me service of the other doors in my garage or new openers. He explained that there's no way to see an impending problem with a spring, so don't spend money you don't need to spend. He's a good guy, did what he said he'd do and earned my trust.

Jamie was super-responsive! I called on a Sunday on a holiday weekend not expected to hear back until Tuesday. I got a call that Sunday afternoon that he could come by on Monday afternoon. Jamie called again in the morning to confirm the time of his arrival and called again when he was 15 minutes out! Jamie was friendly, efficient and I could not be happier!

"Integrity" is the perfect name for James Mann! He is a man of his word. He called when he said he would, he came when he said he would, the job was done when he said it would be (and it was done to perfection!) I'm sure there were complications with the job due to the nature of my garage but you would never know it. Jamie is extremely professional and friendly and I can't recommend him enough! Honestly, I'm never happy with contractors but he was awesome!

Very impressed that instead of charging for a service call, they told me how to simply fix the problem myself. That is true integrity. I will definitely used them next time I have a problem,

I could not have asked for it to go any better. I happened to already be home that day, I called but could only give them a 2 hour window. They were happy to show up in that time and were able to fix some issue I had resigned to having to replace. That kept the price way under my expectations. They were easy to work with and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend to anyone with Garage Door issues.

James arrived in the time-frame that he said he would, confirmed the situation that I had described on the phone and went right to work installing a conventional spring system. James's work was careful and thorough. When he was done, the door operated with less noise and vibration than it had with previously. James was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. Cost was very reasonable. I would have no hesitancy about recommending James to anyone who needs garage mechanism work.

Amazing! I called Integrity Overhead Doors on a Friday afternoon. Received a call back within about 20 minutes. After listening to my description of the problem and what I'd already done to try to diagnose it, Jamie offered three options: Install a new garage door opener, replace the electronics board in the existing one, or try a DIY repair. He encouraged the third option and explained what I'd need to do. I was able to make the repair myself, but ran into another problem, so I called him again to arrange a service call after all. But he explained how to solve that problem too! Over the phone! I didn't think anybody offered this kind of service anymore. Amazing. I was able to fix the opener this time, following Jamie's instructions, but I'm sure I'll run into other garage door issues that are beyond my limited DIY capabilities, and when that happens Integrity Overhead Doors is the place I'll call. This fellow is clearly in business to help people, not to maximize his charges. That kind of old-fashioned integrity is great to find.

Originally I was told they couldn't get to me for 3 days (-very politely ), but then received a call later that day and he was able to come by within the hour. He took care of the problem right then and there - he was polite, professional, and reasonable. I would definately use him again.

You really could not ask for a better experience -- Jamie is ultra-responsive, knowledgeable and nice. We ended up picking doors that were on the more expensive side but he was very upfront about the cost so the process was very transparent - -no surprises. The workmanship of the installation was excellent.

We could not be happier with Integrity Overhead Doors! We recently bought a ranch with a small (low ceiling) one car garage. No opener. We wanted to install one but we weren't sure it was possible. We found Integrity Overhead Doors on Angies List. We called and Jamie responded promptly and came over to take a look and gave us an (accurate) estimate. Jamie was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and happily answered all of our questions. He was very flexible with the install date, arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job installing our opener in a challenging workspace that took some custom retrofitting. I will be happily recommending Integrity Overhead Doors to my friends/family and will be a repeat customer if needed.
