Called on Saturday afternoon and they came out in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, fast serivce. A real lifesaver since my car was essentially trapped in the garage. Overall great experience. A+

Mr. Mann responded quickly and we made an appointment for a couple of days following our talk. When he and his coworker arrived, the door suddenly began working! However, it still was very slow and jerky, so he suggested that the pulleys be replaced and told me the cost. Since he was there, I also was going to ask him to install safety cables (which I had forgotten to mention during our call). But before I could even tell him about their absence, he pointed it out and said they should be installed. I was happy to see that he immediately noticed this, made me feel positive about his experience and quality of work. Finally, they fixed the door so that it went up the entire way (I hadn't even noticed that it hung down about a half foot and that it wasn't flush with the ceiling). A great catch on their end that probably would have bothered me once I did notice it!

Left a message and got a call back withing 24 hours. We agreed on a day and time to do the work. James showed up on that day and on time. I wasn't there but my wife tells me he was very courteous and took time to answer all her questions, and she says she had a lot of them... While at it, he lubricated the door and intalled a door handle on the inside.

Jamie was very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was. He worked quickly and neatly. He told me how much it would cost. He also gave me a discount. I was pleased with his work. I certainly recommend him.

Jamie came to our house and gave us an estimate that was the lowest of three we had obtained. He promised the work in about a week from our meeting. He called about 4 days later and we agreed to a day for the installation. He said he'd be at our house between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. He and his brother arrived at 8:15 AM. They installed the doors and openers as promised and were finished by 3:30 PM. The work was done extremely professionally. Jamie explained the opener remotes and wall units and stayed with us while we tried everything out. The work was done to our great satisfaction and the cost was exactly as we had agreed.

I emailed Jamie on New Year's Eve and he called me New Year's Day to set up an appointment. He told me the amount of the service call ($95.) and the cost of the cable ($15) over the phone so I knew what to expect. I appreciated his getting back to me so quickly and making an appointment for the next day. We set a time which he kept and even let me know when he was on his way. He fixed the cable without a problem and was cordial and very courteous. This is an individual worthy of his company's name and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Especially on a big job or installation where one can't know if the price honestly reflects the work. Call Jamie Mann and never give a second thought as to the honesty and reliability of his work and the professional manner in which he conducts himself.

I called Jamie and he came that same evening to replace my 15-yr old Liftmaster system, when it quit working the day before I was traveling out of town. I wanted to go with a new Liftmaster and he had the motor right in his truck. He came early, while I was out, and called my cell to ask permission to repair the mechanical parts instead of replacing the motor as planned. When I said "just scrap it and put in a new one", he insisted the problem was not in the motor but in the pulleys, tracks, and door. He had it all fixed when I got home and the repair cost about half the quoted replacement cost. It's been working perfectly in the two months since!

It was a hot day and Jamie worked in my closed garage for several hours. (I set up an electric fan in the garage for him.) He did the work unhurriedly, making sure everything was adjusted and working properly. Then he explained everything to me, paying particular attention to the safety features. I appreciated Jamie's careful attention to detail. A few weeks later, I had a problem with one of the garage doors not closing. The opener was working, but the garage door stopped and would not close. I called Jamie who responded the same day. He found a problem with a metal part on the door which was causing the door to jam. This was unrelated to the garage door opener that he had installed. Jamie replaced the part and verified the door was working properly. When I asked what I owed for this visit, he told me there was no charge.
