Integrity Overhead Doors

James Mann came responded quickly to my email with a call. He came down, gave me an estimate and discussed options. My wife chose the door, the carriage house type, which had to be special ordered. Linda emailed a couple of weeks later and said the door had arrived and they would be calling to give us an appointment the following week. The appointment was made, they did an excellent job and left the area clean. My wife and I love the door. Everyone who sees it remarks on the quality and how it enhances the street view of my home. I highly recommend Integrity Overhead Doors. I actually thought I had already submitted a report. I was on Angie's for another reason and noticed I hadn't submitted a report for them. (2/7/2011) I recently was reading my reports and comparing the prices of my other estimates. Given the quality of the final product and looking at those other estimates has made me reconsider the "B" I had given on price. I have changed the price rating to an "A". You won't be disappointed.

Jamie returned my call within 24 hrs. He made a site visit at which time he offerred the option of replacing the badly rotted lower sectiions of the existing wood doors or replacing the entire door units. After Jamie did some research on availability of replacement door sections...I decided the more cost effective solution was to go with completely new doors, which would give me the benefit of insulation (and an energy tax credit). Jame called me immediately when he received the new doors from his supplier and scheduled installation within one week. Jamie and his helper did the actual installtion....replacing all the door tracks as well as door panels. They reconnected the existing electric door openers and made sure everything was properly aligned and operating smoothly. They installed new weatherstrip trim around the exterior opening of the doors to ensure a tight weather seal. They even replaced a broken infared sensor for the door opener and re-activated the outdoor touchpad. Quality and appearance of the door is excellent. An excellent value at $625/door installed....which included my Angies List discount.

The spring on one of my wooden manual doors snapped and we decided it was time for new doors. We had been told by a few other garage door companies that because we have low pipes on ceiling of garage, that we could never have automatic garage doors, so we expected to just replace the doors. I called Jamie after calling other companies and finding out that they all send subcontractors. Jamie called me back within a few hours. He showed up for estimate within the week and on time. We went over all the options, and Jamie informed me we indeed could have automatic doors, we were thrilled. I was amazed at the price for 2 doors, new tracks, and high end automatic openers. Jamie replaced the spring in my wooded door so we could use it until the new doors came in. he did not charge me for the fix or spring. My mother who own the house was very apprehensive about having work done as we have had contractor problems before. She e-mailed Jamie with many different questions about warranty's and guarantees. Jamie always responded and was so very patient with her. The doors came in about 8 weeks later. Jamie and his Brother showed up on time and got right to work. While installing doors they realized a panel had a crease, so he called the company and ordered a new panel right then. Jamie required NO MONEY in advance of job, not even to order the doors. He takes no payment until entire job is done and customer is happy. He had us hold back a large amount of final price until new panel came in. To be honest I could not see the crease, but he insisted it was there and would cause problems in the future. He could have just kept it to himself and we would never have known, but he does not work that way. Jamie and his Brother left the place spotless, removed the old doors, tracks and all trash, and explained everything about the door openers and programmed them for us. He was so very patient with my 76 year old mother and signed all of her typed out receipts about warranty and guarantees to make her feel better. The doors look amazing, the color is a perfect match, they are super quiet and we already feel a major difference with the heat we are saving. I never realized how much we were losing until we replaced the wooded ones with insulated ones. Our garage is under our house and leads into our finished basement, so you really can feel the difference. This was a great experience, and I will have integrity do all garage door work we ever need and refer to any friends and family that are in need as well.

The owner of Integrity Overhead Doors, Jamie Mann, was absolutely excellent through every step of the process. He responded to my email inquiry very quickly, and came to the house to give us an estimate right on schedule. He helped us pick out a door that was the right size, color, and style for our garage, and that was within our budget. He responded promptly to questions both by phone and by email. Once our door was ordered, Jamie told me how long it would take to come from the manufacturer and within how much time after that we could expect the installation. Sure enough, he contacted me right on schedule to say that the door had been delivered, and that, as long as the weather cooperated, the door could be installed in mid December. Thankfully the weather did cooperate, and sure enough - again - Jamie and his brother came right on schedule to do the installation (themselves - no subcontractors here). When they arrived they were both friendly, cheerful, and ready to answer all our questions. Our garage door and opener were installed before we knew it. The Mann brothers did their work quickly, efficiently, quietly, and incredibly neatly. Aside from our gorgeous new door, I think they left our garage and driveway cleaner than it was when they arrived. What a pleasure to work with such professionals. I wish Angie's List offered an A+ rating. I can't recommend Integrity Overhead Doors highly enough.

I hit the door Friday evening, called Jamie on Saturday and he came out on Monday afternoon at a prearranged time. I told him I would prefer to repair, rather than replace the entire door. He and a coworker spent about 30 minutes punching out the door and fixed a few things that were installed improperly by the previous owner. The service call fee was $95, $35 to replace a strut and $10 for extension brackets. I had the 10% Angie's coupon, but told him I thought his service was well-worth the $140 and I didn't use the coupon. After that exchange, he noticed a light was out in the garage door opener apparatus on the ceiling and he opened and replaced the light no charge. I can't recommend him highly enough. Receiving excellent service from people like him is exactly why I joined Angie's List. :)

Wonderful work - showed up on time, did what they said and more, very professional and easy. Will gladly use them again.

This was SO easy. The price was reasonable enough that my husband (who had built entire houses so he is beyond "handy,") was willing to pay someone else to do the installation. Just a totally stress-free experience. If you need a door, give Integrity Overhead Doors a call - you won't be sorry!

Previously Lizzies Garage Door (Nashau, NH) had installed new garage door motors for us but didn't change pulleys or do or advise us of any needed maintenance. The doors were making horrendous noise. Integrity folks showed up on time, told me what was wrong, replaced the pulleys, and did adjustments including greasing. I am really pleased with their work.

Totally excellent. Very professional and quick. Went the extra mile to help me put the camping trailer and kayaks back in place! Very, very pleased.

Found Integrity through Angieslist. Made contact I think by email. I needed a ballpark cost for replacing garage doors for budget purposes. Received call from Jamie that same day. He showed up two days later to evaluate job requirements. He was very professional in his approach. He was very thorough in explaining what my options were. He told me that one of the openers was still good and did not need to be replaced. Explained there was a more limited door style selection due to non standard sizes of my doors. Gave me ballpark of $2850 for all the work. I called him back 2 months later to order the doors and schedule installation. We picked doors one of which was custom size which he said would take 3 weeks. Gave final price and he ordered doors without requireing a deposit. Called me in 2 weeks to schedule actual installation. Installed doors on a very hot day. Was very patient in explaining how the system worked and he even took the time to program the Homelink in my wifes car. It was a pleasure in working with Jamie and Graham. Thanks to Angieslist or I would never have found this gem.

I called Jamie and he came out to measure the door and discuss the options for replacement. We had a very old door that didn't operate well. Jamie told me what it would cost to replace it with a new door. He also told me that he could fix the old door so it would operate better, which would have cost a lot less money. I chose a new door. Jamie ordered the door and called me when it was ready. We scheduled a time for installation. They showed up on time and got right to work. The new door looks great and operates perfectly. They left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even made sure there were no fingerprints anywhere on the shiny new door. Jamie does everything right. He answers his phone. He shows up when he says he will. He knows all about garage doors (I had no idea there were so many ways to install them). He does a great job. His price was even a bit lower than the other companies I contacted.

The garage doors needed to be either repaired or replaced. After talking with Jaime we chose to replace the doors. It wasn't a hard sell since we already disliked the current doors. I wanted to replace the "noisy" motors but Jaime advised me to wait and see how they sounded with the new insulated doors. He was right. The "noise" has been significantly reduced. He could have recommened new everything and I would have said ok because I hated the sound of the doors opening and closing. He is a good guy. They were very, very nice and professional.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Jamie and his assistant did at my house. Jamie was pleasant to deal with when he came out to assess the work and give me an estimate. He provided a brochure showing the different types of doors and openers available and the cost to install in my garage. They arrived on the scheduled day and worked diligently until the job was finished. Jamie took about 30 min. to show me all the functions for the openers, keypad, remotes, control modules installed within the garage. The doors look great and they operate flawlessly. Jamie did extra work trying to make the weatherstripping closed off all gaps. They clearly are professionals and do excellent work. I will be recommending this company to my friends if they need this type of work done.

First attempt at fix did not work. Jamie came back out and replaced the eye beams and wires at no additional cost to me. Excellent contractor!

Excellent job. I found Integrity on Angies List. Jamie was excellent to work with (I'm female and I can say that he was a gentleman, not condescending, very professional). He gave me a quote a few days after I called him. He ordered the 2 new insulated doors, and they arrived about a month later. I scheduled the installation at my convenience as I was going on vacation when he originally wanted to install them. No hassles at all about delaying the install. He accepted no money until the job was completely done and we were happy with it. His company name, Integrity Overhead Doors, is truly fitting the way he does business.

I called Integrity Overhead Doors and reached Jamie directly. He offered to come that same day or the next business day, promising to call me back as soon as he could align and verify his schedule. He called me back 30 minutes later to say he could come almost immediately. Jamie and his partner arrived ontime as promised. After an examination of the clunky operation of my garage doors, they quickly identified the problem: worn out pulleys. They proceeded to replace all eight pulleys without my needing to even move my car out. They checked and tightened all the bolts on the hinges. And finally, they lubricated all the moving parts. When they were done, my garage doors operated like they were new! All this took less than an hour. They were organized, knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. I was extremely pleased with their service.

Called to say he would be late. Arrived at this new time. Was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Not only did he give me the discount from Angie's List but also gave me an additional 10% off for not being able to come at the time we had originally scheduled. The work was done quickly and neatly. I would definitely use Integrity again and would recommend him to all my friends. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I had a garage spring break on a holiday and Jim came out that day, and replaced the spring. My door was quite old so I asked him for an estimate on a new metal door. His price was reasonable and he installed it without incident a week or so later. He clearly knows what he is doing and works neatly. He did mention that I could use torsion springs instead of the old coil style, but I had him use the coils as I felt they may last longer, and were simple. He works with a helper who was also professional, and their truck is well stocked.

Although I needed to initiate a couple phone calls to finalize the arrangements, Jamie worked his schedule around mine and accommodated a "late on Friday" request for service. He and his assistant, Graham, arrived on time and immediately set to work replacing the springs and pulleys. They were friendly, professional, and quick. They took away the broken parts and left the work area clean and neat. The door works like a charm now and is noticeably quieter than it had been lately-- just like when it was new.

Jamie does the one thing well that I wish every contractor would... he communicates. He returned my call promptly and told me exactly when he could be there (which was the following afternoon). He called the next day to tell me when he was running a bit late from a previous job, he called again when he was on his way, and he called once again after he had looked at the door to tell me exactly what work had to be done and what it would cost. No surprises! He even ended up charging me a bit less than he told me. When does that ever happen? As for his work, I wasn't present at the time but I can see that he did exactly what he told me he would. He also passed along some comment about the condition of the door, and what I need to keep an eye on. Most importantly, the door was fixed only 24 hrs after I called him. Jamie is as professional as they come. His prices are very reasonable and he delivers high quality work. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

A large spring snapped on our garage door opener mechanism (it was loud!). Called Integrity at 8:30am - Jamie said he could arrive within the hour, and did so (1/2 hour). I told him about the spring and he said he could clamp it so it would work right away while we ordered and waited for a replacement spring. He then measured the spring and checked his inventory on the truck and it turned out he had the proper one right there. Perfect! I inquired about a replacement system as whether it would be quieter than our 12 year old system. He listened to this one and said it wouldn't be worth the money for the very small improvement, but of course that would be up to me. I thanked him and chose to only have the spring replaced and not the whole system. Honest, pleasant, prompt, competent and like the name says "Integrity".

Jamie answered his phone the first time I called, and he went to my house that afternoon while I was at work. When he got to my house, he promptly called me at work, to provide estimates for repair or replacement. When I chose the replacement option, he completed the work on the spot, and called me again when the work was done (it took about an hour). He explained in detail what he did and how much it was going to cost, and he trusted me enough to leave the bill at my house, instead of coming to my place of employment to pick up his money, like some contractors do. His original estimate was identical to the final charge. When I got home that evening, I found a professionally completed job. It looked so good, it was almost like nothing ever happened.
