Removed the old and broken springs. Replaced them with new ones. In the process they rerouted some cables that might have caused a problem at some point. Checked the repairs - multiple times.

Integrity came out the next day to service our garage door openers and put them right. They were on-time, efficient, and competent. I felt they were honest with us about the state of our garage doors and openers and set our expectations about future maintenance. At no time did I feel they were trying to sell us service we didn't need. I just felt reassured after they left.

After a scary experience when my garage door was on the fritz and started to shut with my then 4 & 2 year olds inside I quickly did some research to see how we could gain access to the garage in case of an emergency (we have no other means of accessing our garage other than the garage door that only is on an electric opener - no handles, locks, etc.) Since I also had a newborn when this incident happened I knew that I needed to have someone install a keyed disconnect for me ASAP as that home project wasn't going to be accomplished on my own any time soon. After finding Jamie & Integrity Overhead Doors (and all of the great reviews!) on Angie's List I called and left a message. Less than five minutes later Jamie called back apologizing that he had missed my call!! He was very friendly and kind on the phone. I explained my situation to him and he shared my concern regarding having a backup way to enter the garage if needed. He told me that he happened to be working on a job in my town the next day and could swing by in the afternoon after he was finished at the first place. Perfect timing! The next day Jamie called in the late morning to let me know that his first job was done and to ask if it was okay to stop by and do the work a little bit earlier than planned. Absolutely! Jamie and his assistant were very polite in person and got right to work installing the keyed disconnect on my door. When they finished Jamie walked me through the mechanism and showed me what they had done, how it worked etc. The price was right for this mother's peace of mind, the turnaround time was super quick and he even gave me an Angie's List discount. I'm one satisfied customer and would certainly call Integrity Overhead Doors in the future!

I called Jamie Mann, owner of Integrity Overhead Doors about a problem that I was having with my garage door. He responded to my call within minutes and arranged to come to my home a few days later. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and also noted that the fasteners for the railing and spring were pulling away from the ceiling on one side. He replaced both springs (always best to do both when one has failed) and replaced the ceiling bolts for the railing with longer ones. I also purchased a second door opener control for the door. I was offered the option of a key pad opener, but declined (may do at a later date). I was very pleased with the repair job and with the courteous service provided by Jamie Mann. He was very easy to interact with and I will call him again if there are any other repairs required on my garage door, or if I decide to replace the garage door and/or have a keypad opener installed.

They have been OUTSTANDING in all categories. I recommend them to all who need work on their doors and will use no other service provider in the future.

We ordered the doors a couple of months ago, and told Jamie that we were not in a hurry to get the job done. When the doors were ready, it took only one day to install the doors and the process couldn't have gone smoother. The results were spectacular. The doors work flawlessly and the doors match the house architecture extremely well. We were pleased with the professionalism and lack of hassle. Jamie was very accommodating and even threw in some extras we didn't have to pay for like the Keyless entry module. He really knows his stuff!

He was fantastic. He came out within an hour. He was pretty prompt and very courteous. It wasn’t a big job. He was pretty fast. He was done with the work in twenty minutes. He was very professional. He worked with me because I didn’t want to leave work unnecessarily. He said he would actually call me when he’s heading to my house, so that he can meet me and I’m not just sitting around waiting for him. He really worked with me on that one. He came the same day and opened and closed the garage door. I thought he was a little pricey. Since it was a small job, I didn’t bother getting any other price quotes. His service fee was $99. He was a little bit on the higher side. I would use his services again in the future.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a Garage Door servicing. After some mis-communications in the scheduling, they arrived promptly, serviced the door, and even replaced some faulty parts. The door no longer squeaks, and I'm very happy.

Excellent all around. Responsive, Informative, Trustworthy. Jamie replaced two garage doors and both of the opening systems inside. Everything went off without a hitch. Highly professional and 100% recommended. We love our new garage doors and very silent garage door openers!

My husband purchased this as a Big Deal. Our garage was installed approx 1990 and I don't think it has been tuned since! Sometimes it would have trouble closing which I felt was due to heat or humidity but my husband really wanted it checked out. Jamie called right after the Big Deal was purchased and suggested a date/time that he would be in the area. I was suprised that he would take the 1st step to contact us. We responded back with a confirmation. Jamie called when he left his previous appointment so we would know when to expect him. He arrived with another gentleman and they got right to work on the door. I showed him some areas where there seemed to be a lot of creaking and told him how sometimes it wouldn't close properly. It only took them about 20 minutes to work on the door. They oiled the springs and replace a bent hinge that was probably from when someone hit the door. The replacement hinge was $5. Overall it was quick and speedy service and good response time. If we have any more garage issues, we will give them a call!

Very professional Reasonably priced

Our garage door and opener have been making awful noises when opened and closed. I noticed that a roller had broken off. Since the opener is over 35 years old i was expecting to replace that and possibly the door. I emailed Jamie on a saturday and he responded almost immediately. We scheduled for the following wednesday for him to do an estimate. He and his brother arrived on time to meet my wife. They checked out the garage and said that the opener was still in good shape, is made better than the ones today, and should last a good long time. He said that the door is in good shape also and everything could be fixed with little trouble. They worked for about 30 minutes. The door opens smoothly now and very quietly. At our request they gave us information on new doors in case we decide to get one in the future. It was so nice to come home to a garage door opener that sounds like new for the cost of a $95 service call! Jamie did what was best for us and we appreciate it. Would definitely use again.
