Making the appointment was very easy. The technician arrived at the designated date and time and worked efficiently. At the end of the job, he provided me with a report and gave me maintenance tips to keep my garage in top shape. A very good experience overall.

These guys did a great job, were punctual, professional and reasonable. They were easy to work with and made the appointment promptly.

On Friday, Jamie and his assistant came out to replace the lower panel of our garage door. They also replaced rollers, a safety thingy - no not the technical term - on the cable and a new lock. We couldn't have been happier with their work, it was done quickly, efficiently and accurately. I would definitely hire them to do work on our garage door again!

I purchased the $49.00 Tune Up Big Deal and couldn't be more pleased with the result!. My door works smoothly and I am secure in the knowledge that no one (including myself) will be crushed by a faulty door.

Replacing the garage springs is a very quick job....amount of time on site was 30/45 minutes....the service call price of 90.00, is a little high for this....

All the work was done in a single service call and have been working fine ever since.

I found Integrity Overhead Doors on Angie's list. I was remarkably impressed with the customer service, speed and professionalism in which my two garage door openers were installed. Overhead Doors came when they said they would and the work took exactly as long as they estimated (2 1/2 hours). I could not have been happier with the quality of communication I received around the details of the project and the efficiency in which the work was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone and call them back in a heartbeat (but hoping not to for quite some time!).

I called and spoke to Jamie from Integrity Overhead Doors to get an estimate on a new garage door. His company was by far the lowest price. Jamie was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Jamie indicated that due to the current busy season he would probably not be able to get my new door installed until the end of November. To my surprise, Jamie called me on Tuesday November 13th, asking if they could come by on Thursday November 15th for the installation. I was pleasently surprised and immediately said YES. Jamie and crew arrived on time (7am sharp) to begin work. Integrity completed the work, cleaned up and left me completely satisfied with my new garage door. Programming the door was easy. I contacted Integrity Overhead Doors after an unsatisfying experience in quoting another company to do the work. During the quoting process he provided insight on different models and provided a more than reasonable quote for the work. They managed to fit my job in within 3 business days as I had a planned trip and didn't want to leave my garage door unsecured. They were very professional, followed through on all of the details. They had forgotten the surge suppressor but while there called the supply store, ordered the part and came back the same day to ensure the job was complete. All debris from the original door opener and rails was cleaned up. He explained how to maintain the garage door to extend its life and explained the features of the garage door opener. Overall I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend the company.

We recently bought a house and the garage doors were in horrible condition and needed to be replaced. Furthermore, we both drive SUVs. One car would not fit in the garage by a mere inch or two. Not only did we need new doors, but we hoped there was a way to allow the taller car to fit inside. We found Integrity Overhead Doors on Angie?s List. They had some great reviews, so we decided to call them and see what they could recommend and to get a quote. We left a voice mail (we called during the day) and Jamie called us back that day. He was very friendly on the phone and said he would have to stop by to take a look. The next day Jamie and Graham showed up on time and listened to what we had to say and then gave us some options. After some preliminary measurements it was determined that it would not be an issue to get both cars in either bay of the garage. While they were there, they even fixed a piece of the existing garage door that could have presented a hazard given the right circumstances. Both guys were friendly and easy to talk to. We received a quote right on the spot. We agreed to have the work done and scheduled a day for installation. On the day of the installation,Jamie and Graham showed up early and were eager to get started. They were there for about 6 hours. The new doors look amazing. They are so much quieter than the old doors and the operation is very smooth. The seal is very tight all around. The indoor control panels are much more hi-tech than the previous ones and even show the time and temperature and also include a motion sensor that turns on the lights in the garage when you enter the room. Needless to say we are very very pleased with the product and the installation. Jamie and Graham cleaned up when they were done and explained all the garage door functions and also double checked that the taller car indeed was able to fit in both bays, with multiple inches to spare. Great job guys!

I selected Integrity Doors to do this job because I was so pleased with the job they had done for me when I responded to an Angie's List Big Deal six months earlier to have my garage door opener serviced. On his first visit for this job, Jamie carefully measured the garage opening and helped me select the replacement style and material from both samples and a sample picture book, telling me the pros and cons of models I was considering. He told me it would take about three weeks for the door to arrive once he got back to his office and ordered it, and what it would cost. Sure enough, about three weeks later he called to let me know it had arrived. We settled on a date and time for him to install it. He arrived on schedule, and set about doing the replacement like the pro that he is. In the installation process he set up weatherstripping to make the new door seal better than the old one had, both to keep the winter heat in, and the mice out. If I have any more garage door problems, I won't hesitate to call Integrity Doors again.

The door came out beautiful. They are professional, courteous and did a fabulous job. The product they recommended is absolutely superb. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they were prompt. They also installed the track system and garage door opener as well. They outstanding. I loved them. I highly recommend them. I'd call them again in a heart beat.

Jamie was excellent and a pleasure to work with! We called him on a Saturday looking for an estimate and he answered a lot of our questions and scheduled to come take a look at our doors on Sunday morning. Our garage doors were old, loud and jerky going up and down, so we were fully prepared to replace the doors and get new door openers. When Jamie came out for the estimate, he explained to us that our doors themselves were not in bad condition and he could just replace the door openers and fix the pulleys to make it run smoother. We scheduled for him to come on Wednesday to do the work. He was here for about 3 hours and did all of the work that he said he was going to do. We are amazed at the final result. The doors go up and down smoothly and the belt door opener is so quiet!! We would recommend Integrity Overhead Doors to anyone!!

Jamie came to give us the estimate. I liked the fact that he told me he and his brother do the work themselves. Also the doors that he recommeded had higher R values than others from other companies we had recieved estimates from, which was important to us. They came on the day they were scheduled and did the work from start to finish. When I turned on the garage doors for the first time after they left, I noticed a squeakiness. I called Jamie right away and he walked me through over the phone how to tell if it was the new garage doors that were squeaky or the motor (that was there previously, he DID NOT INSTALL A NEW MOTOR, as we had just had it replaced 2 years ago). As it turned out, it was our older motor that was squeaking, not the new doors. I really appreciated him taking the time to go over this with me over the phone right away, and appreciated knowing that the problem was not the new doors! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to others!

James answered the phone upon my initial call. We scheduled a time for the next day. He and his assistant Graham arrived as scheduled. Upon arrival they completed a quick assessment and got to work on the problem areas. Within 30 minutes they had replaced the pulleys and cables and balanced the door. After the work was completed James walked me through what they had done, and asked me to test the door to ensure my expectations were met. He also gave me advice for future care of the door and components. Both James and Graham were very professional. Overall I am very happy with the service. I gave Integrity a B on price because the cost for parts seemed high. I would have no reservations about using Integrity again for my overhead door issues.

I had a problem with a garage door that I couldn't easily ascertain what exactly the problem was. The initial phone conversation with Jamie was friendly and professional and gave me an appointment time rather than a theoretical 4 hour window. Jamie and his assistant showed up the next day on time and quickly assessed the job at hand and told me probably what the problem was.It was all said in a confident, friendly and professional manner. The guys set to work and within the space of 35 mins had completed the task and had also completed some basic maintenance on the second door that I hadn't asked for! Jamie explained exactly what they had done and showed me the defective pieces they had removed. The price was great and these guys definitely knew what they were doing. Excellent work indeed, I highly recommend them. Don't forget to say that you had found them on Angie's List as you will then get the discount on the service call fee.

They cleaned up well after the job and removed everything. Jamie didn't mind my intrusion with asking questions and watching the work they were doing. They explained the work they were performing. What a fantastic experience! Jamie responded to my inquiry right away. He came out to the house on time and was very professional and polite! He explained all of my options, including safety issues and regulations --- without any pressure to buy anything. When I asked, he provided me with pricing and pictures of several new doors which met my needs/wants and discussed pros/cons. I placed an order within a couple of days and Jamie called about a week later to set up an installation date. He arrived on-time, installed the door, provided instruction on new features, made sure all my questions were answered and I was happy. I love the door, it works beautifully, has nice safety/security features and is oh so quiet! (Who knew I could so excited over a garage door? LOL!) It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jamie! I wish all service providers were as friendly, professional and honest!

From the moment I spoke with the owner I felt confident that they could address our needs. Although there was no urgency in the timing they scheduled me within two days for repair. They arrived promptly to the set appointment time, resolved the issue with the door that would not close properly and then fine tuned the remaining doors to work as efficiently as possible. In addition, they helped my husband change out the number for our external garage key pad - a job that would have taken much more time without their assistance. I would not hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to all.
