Integrity Overhead Doors

My experience with Jamie was almost too good to be true. I called him on a Wednesday and he picked up on the second ring. He said he was available Friday morning at 8:30 to help me. On Friday he called to say that he was running EARLY and asked if it was OK to come by sooner than scheduled (a first for a contractor in my experience). Jamie was prompt, personable, and extremely professional. He efficiently replaced an old garage door opener. A few hours later, I was fiddling with the other garage door opener (the one Jamie did not replace). I came to the conclusion that the springs were probably too loose. I called Jamie on the phone and he offered to come back that same afternoon. Two hours later he returned, replaced the two springs I wanted him to, and charged me a very fair fee. I'll never use another person to service my overhead door needs.

It was a great experience! Jamie, the owner, was very responsive, arrived on time, and did good work in a relatively short amount of time. Furthermore, they cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated.

Jamie and his guy were great. He came over same day I called gave an estimate right away. Door was in stock and it was installed the next week and done in about 4 hours. The removed thebold door and rails, and took all of it. Other than the new door, you never would have known they were hear. Great job guys, thank you very much.

I wrote them via email and they were responsive. Had a brief call with John in which he described the various options. I picked out the garage door opener I wanted, and he came and installed it the next Monday. Good service. Punctual and responsive. The garage door opener itself is quiet and smooth. Would recommend him.

I called first thing in the morning and received a return phone call within the hour. Lucky me, they had just finished a job nearby and were at my house within 20 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the failure of the door to close due to corroded sensor wiring. They replaced the wiring and oiled all the squeaky parts on the door. I still can't get over how quiet the door is! I was informed of the Angie's List discount and paid just $85 for this wonderful service. I can't recommend Integrity Overhead Door highly enough!

I called at 12:15 - scheduled appointment for 45 minutes later. They were precisely on time. Extremely professional.Extremely capable. They had all the parts I needed on their truck. Polite and willing to give advice. Service took about an hour. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors and use mysef in the future.

It went well. We had called another garage door repair company. He said he'd be there at 6:00 pm yesterday. Then called again and said 8:00pm. Then after about ten calls from him asking what the problem was. He arrived - 10:00pm. He could not fix. He said he'd come at 7:00am. No show. No call. Nothing. I called Jamie. This was a saturday. He answered right away said that he thought he could swing over today. So I got a call back from from him and he was down the street. About an hour later, repair complete. He refed the cables, replaced a pulley and sprayed the cables etc. done. Very professional, responsive, and a nice guy to boot.

Couldn't be happier. Showed up right when he said he would and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. In addition, he tacked up the trim around the doors where it was bowing. What I liked was that Jamie just said, "... and I'm going to fix the trim while I'm here." It was a very professional and extremely kind added aspect to the service. They were so good (and so quick) that I was able to refer them to my neighbors across the street immediately after they wrapped up. They're happy too!

I could not have been happier with the level of service of Integrity Overhead Doors. I called Integrity and due to my busy schedule they were at my house within 48 hours (they would have been at my house sooner had my schedule - daughters Senior Prom - permitted). They right away diagnosed the problem, had the parts to fix the problem and within an hour the garage door was fixed not a problem. The spring on the door broke - they replaced both springs on the door and checked our other garage door (which was fine). All of that for $145. I will recommend Integrity - which by the way their name is perfectly suited for them - to anyone and everyone.

I wish I had experiences with workers like this all the time. The man who came out was so professional and honest, it was one my best experiences ever.

I called Jamie this morning, and he told me he would try to come in the afternoon, or the next day. This afternoon he called me back, and offered to meet me in 30 minutes to see the door. He kindly waited as i was a little late getting there from work in traffic. He and his brother immediately got to work, and an hour and a half later he let me know they were finished. I was surprised they had managed to fix it so quickly, since several parts were broken and needed to be replaced. he even managed to keep the door. the price was extremently reasonable. My husband was shocked when i called him to tell him to expect the door to be working when he got home, and even more suprised when he heard the price. We had expected much more hassle, time and inconvenience getting this fixed. Jamie was very professional, and I am extremently pleased with how quickly he managed to fix all the problems and get us back in working order. I would highly recommend him. thank you so much!

The experience with Integrity was flawless. He was easy to reach on the telephone, and we established that he would call me early during the week of April 1st to schedule the time for that week. As promised, he called around mid-day on Monday, we scheduled the repairs for Tuesday morning, and he arrived promptly when he said he would. The repairs were completed quickly, and when I arrived home Tuesday evening, everything was working perfectly. In addition, Jamie honored the $49.95 I spent on an Angie's List deal in early 2011, even though the offer itself had expired more than a year and a half ago! I very much appreciate Jamie's professional approach, quality work, and reasonable pricing, and would not hesitate to recommend him and Integrity Overhead Doors to anyone.

I contacted this company at approximately 10:30 am on a Tuesday, and Jamie arrived at my house within 45 minutes and had all work completed within an hour. He went beyond what was requested and I found the pricing to be cost-effective. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding! I called on Friday, explained the problem and was able to make the appointment for first thing on Tuesday morning. I was given a quote over the phone -very professional and polite. Arrived very promptly on Tuesday, despite there having been a heavy snowfall overnight and tough driving conditions. Finished the job in about an hour - very quiet, efficient and professional. Went through all the bells and whistles of the new system and made sure I understood them. Even gave me the Angie's List discount without my asking because I had mentioned Angie's List on the phone when I called. The attention to detail, friendliness and outstanding work and customer service are exemplary! I just wish they did more handyman type work and not just garage doors. I'd hire them for all my projects!! Highly, highly recommend.

I called Jamie to service our garage door that was not working. He came the same day to take a look at it. The door opener was an older model, and they don't make replacement parts for it anymore. He advised replacing it with a new one. He came back a couple of days later and installed a new one. Works great! He was very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

One of my garage door remotes was broken and the other was not working consistently - both were ancient - so I called Integrity Overhead Doors for help. Jamie and his assistant came the day I called, assessed the situation, educated me a bit about my garage door setup, and sold me two new remotes. They were there maybe 20 minutes tops. Everything done efficiently and with no fuss. Good people, good service, I definitely recommend them.

Integrity responded the same day from my initial phone call. Our schedules worked out that he could come out the next day and replace my garage door opener. Jaimie gave me a courtesy call ten minutes before arriving, I was on the road and they actually arrived to my home a few minutes before me. They weren't sitting around when I arrived either, they had begun to get their gear ready and reviewing the worksite. Jaimie was partnered with Graham, both worked quickly and professionally, install took about an hour and they cleaned up after themselves, removing the old equipment. I even caught one of them sweeping up debris into a dustbin off my driveway. When the work was completed Jaimie took the time to review the new unit, the functions of the buttons on the remote and wall controller. To sum up, friendly, professional and respectful. Integrity Overhead Doors is worth every penny I spent. When the next garage bay opener goes south I know I will be calling them back.

If it acts up again they will be my first call.

We have two garage doors on our home built in 1987. We had intermittent issues for years that I had serviced by Sears a few times but service was expensive and never seemed to last. Jamie performed a first repair here in 2010, permanently fixing a track issue with one door (the door kept coming off the track) and then a sensor issue some time later. In 2012 Jamie replaced one of the opener units, and installed a new second keypad for $425. Each time he's been here, he's been prompt, accomodating with scheduling, and always goes above and beyond by doing the extra little things that matter (lubricating the system for example), all at a totally reasonable and competitive price. Recently the remote for our newest opener died and he dropped by to replace it, and as an aside, helped me with reprogramming the second keypad code, and did so at no charge as a courtesy to a customer. I can't say enough about this business, Integrity is the perfect name.

We just bought a house with a 2 car garage. One garage had an old opener that didn't always work, the other garage didn't have an opener. I called Jaime, he answered after a few rings, asked a few questions and gave me a price to install two new belt drive openers with battery backup. Jaime and Graham also worked around my schedule and showed up first thing Monday morning to install both openers. After a couple of hours Jaime helped me program the outside keypad, gave me a quick walk through on how the system worked and even told me there was a rebate offer. Jaime also went over the condition of our garage doors and the safety and convenience features of the openers. Plus a very reasonable price.

I called Integrity at approximately 7:30am on a Thursday morning and requested that a technician come out that same day. I explained the problem and said that they would fit me in. Jamie called me at approx 11:30 and said they should be there in 30 minutes. Jamie and and technician arrived promptly at noon. Solved the problem in 10 minutes- apparently the unit needed to be reprogrammed. He also reprogrammed our keypads and checked the other bay door. They were both friendly and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service. This was my first time using Integrity and I will definitely use them again as I extremely impressed. My only regret is that I forgot to give them the coupon from Angie's list for first time customers!

Our garage door was not operating properly, so we called Integrity and an appointment was scheduled. The day of the appointment, Jamie was called to confirm, and he provided a time of arrival. He arrived as scheduled and investigated the unit. After careful inspection and troubleshooting; however, he stated that he could not fix the unit and provided the next steps to take with the manufacturer. He refused payment since he could not fix the problem, even though he took his time to come over and try everything he could to fix the unit. He was professional, courteous and knowledgable and we will seek out his services again in the future.

Called Integrity to schedule a service call for a garage door that would not open. Instead, they walked me through some trouble-shooting steps on the phone that fixed the issue...with no charge. Just great customer service and when it comes time to replace our doors in the spring, In spring door was getting stuck. Jaime came out within a few days and replaced pulleys for a reasonable price. Integrity will get the business. Thank you Integrity!
