Integrity Overhead Doors

On day of service, Jamie (service man/owner) called in advance to see if he could come a few minutes early. He performed a careful examination of all mechanical parts and checked safety features. He concluded that the loud noises coming from the door as it opened and closed was nothing more than parts needing proper lubrication; otherwise everything was in fine working order.

I had a spring snap on one of my garage doors. I contacted Jaime through Angie's list and he got back to me that evening with a quote. He was able to come out the next day and I had him replace all the springs on both of my doors just to be safe. He was very professional and thorough with his work. I would recommend him.

Jamie was very professional. He was quick to respond to my request through Angie's List to set up time to make a house call. When he found out that he may be a little late to the appointment, he let me know the day before. He also called me a few minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. The repair was done right on the spot which took about 30 minutes.

Our garage door failed on a Friday afternoon before a snowstorm. We called Jaime and he called back within 2 hours. He was not able to come out that Friday night, but promised to come first thing on a SATURDAY. And he did. He diagnosed the situation in about 2 minutes (literally). We had a broken spring. He had to order the springs (we decided to replace both) and promised to call us later in the week. He called this morning and said he could be here in 1/2 an hour to finish the work. And he was. He finished the work in about 45 minutes. What a great experience. Why anyone would go to any other garage door service, I don't know. Highly recommend Jaime.

The entire experience went better than I could expect. One of our garage door springs failed Sunday evening. I left a message for Jamie Monday morning and got a call back within an hour. He was able to come out that same afternoon and had both springs replaced within 30 minutes. They were courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Jamie was courteous, punctual and replaced the light sensors that prevent dogs/ kids or cars from being closed on ( bug safety issue and should be replaced with new opener) that come with these new door kits and integrity door included a multi-door keypad. I opted to include a combination keypad for extra $40 given my coupon saved me $20.||I cannot e press how gratifying it is to have a person in business go that extra yard or two and be totally forthright even if it takes an extra few minutes of his time. These days too few service contractors provide that personal touch but Jamie and his partner certainly do. I highly recommend them over anyone I have used for this type of work .

I first called Integrity doors 2 months ago when my old door spring snapped while the door was shutting down. They were the third company - first two after a google search. I have rarely met a service provider as nice as Jamie from Integrity! He is the summary of how this went down: 1st company - service guy comes on next business day as scheduled. Examines the situation - recommends replacing all the tracks, springs, cables etc for $500 includes items to bring up to code. Told me I should change doors as these were too old. 2nd company - huge company, well reputed ... Did not bother to return my call. So much for the biggest garage door guys on the north shore! 3rd - Integrity --- called them as they were really close to me. Jamie answered, told me he could be here shortly. Arrived on time, estimated repair at $120 including the cables to bring up to code! 40 minutes and he was done. Loved it! Very polite, nice and efficient. I asked him if I should change doors - he said I did not need to but quoted me if I did choose to. Now 2 months from that job, door shudders and shakes on way down. I call Jamie, he returns my call next day and tells me he can be here later in the day. Then he calls in an hour that he has a cancellation and can come by in 20 mins. Tells me in an instant that the pulleys are worn and he gives me a discount on the service call and minimal charges for material. The ancient door is working like a charm! Wonderful, pleasant experience. Rarely come across someone like Jamie. The name Integrity is completely appropriate for him.

I was very pleased with the service. Also, I received three estimates and they came in as the middle prices bid. I went with them over the low bid due to his knowledge and vision of how the installation would go. Overall an excellent value.

We contacted Jamie regarding replacing our garage door openers. After discussing our options with Jamie, we decided to replace both door openers. Jamie and his brother did the work. They arrived at our home on time. They got right to work and replaced the door openers. Jamie added a bonus and also installed a keypad outside of the garage doors. He also removed the old door openers. He answered all of our questions. We will certainly contact Jamie in the future if we need his services. We highly recommend doing business with Jamie and his brother. We appreciate the good service!!

Prompt, efficient service, no complaints.

I was considering a possible new garage door opener and/or garage door. The door is quite noisy below a bedroom. We also had some minor damage from it being closed on a minivan tailgate. He checked out the door and mechanism thoroughly. It turns out we already have nylon rollers, so that wasn't an option to quiet the door. We talked through some options for the opener, which are much quieter than the older chain-drive one we have. He cleaned and lubed the rollers and hardware, and thoroughly inspected everything for safety and wear. I would use Integrity Overhead Doors if/when I decide to replace the door or opener.

They had the part they needed on hand, and it only cost about a dollar.

He was very responsive. He did a good job.
