Integrity Overhead Doors

My garage door opener stopped working this evening. I called James and explained the situation. He spent a lot of time explaining to me what could have gone wrong and suggested that I pull the release cord to reconnect. I did and the door works again! In this day and age, it's rare to have someone who would spend time in the evening helping you fix something without charging you for it. He did quote a very reasonable service call fee for coming out and fix it. I would definitely use him when I replace the garage door opener.

This provider arrived on time, called before arriving, fixed everything that needed to be fixed with my garage door, supplied me with a new garage door opener. Excellent! Everything went perfectly and we didn't need to purchase a new garage door. Very reasonably priced.

Jamie came out the next morning on time, fixed everything as quoted in advance, and demonstrated a couple of previously unknown functions with the doors. Very professional.

Jamie was prompt to respond to the voicemail I left him about how my garage door stopped working. I explained in detail the situation and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment within a few days. When he arrived we explained and showed him the issue. After looking things over he quickly diagnosed the problem with only needing to replace the two safety sensors. He also adjusted the travel door; and explained and showed my husband how to make the adjustment if needed in the future. He was very timely, efficient and the price was incredibly reasonable. Jamie called almost as soon as I put in a request via this site. He was able to work to my schedule and come over within a couple of days. He was in and out within an hour and serviced both garage doors. He also recommended adding safety cables and did so during his stay. Very professional and punctual.

Both of my garage doors stopped working on Saturday - one was obvious - the cable was slack and a eyebolt was on the floor. The other would start and immediately stop and the interrupt light would flash (cause unknown). I called Jamie and left a message on his machine. He called back in five minutes and we discussed the problem. He agreed to come out on Monday (I could still manually open one door so I had access to my car). He called 15 minutes prior to the appointment to say he was in route. He immediately went to work replacing the broken eyebolt. He also replaced two other eyebolts that had bent. He then began troubleshooting the door-opener that had stopped working. After investigating it, he realized that when the bolt snapped, the spring shot into the wall and cut the power to the sensor. He spliced the wire and adjusted the tension controls on both. He was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. He was friendly, professional and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely use him again.

Initially called Jamie the day after the blizzard in early February as one of the springs broke and we could not get the garage door open. He offered to come as soon as he dug out from the storm but also offered the number of another provider if we needed more immediate assistance. He arrived not long after we spoke and temporarily repaired the spring, letting us know he would call us when the replacement was ready to be installed. Jamie returned about 2 weeks later, installed the new springs and repaired missing or broken parts. He was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with especially during one of the snowiest and coldest winters on record.

Everything went very well. After the extension spring broke on one of our garage doors, I called and left a message on Jamie's machine; he returned my call within ~30 min. He was punctual, extremely courteous, and gave me a 30 min "heads-up" call before arriving. It was brutally cold outside (windchill well below 0 ) but he still showed-up. He was very thorough, and replaced both springs and safety cables in about 30-45 min. The cost was much less than I expected, and I especially liked that he didn't try to "sell" me additional services, etc. I would not hesitate to call Jamie in the future, and would recommend him highly to others.

Jamie was very knowledgeable about garage door operation, assembly and repair. He is articulate, fast, honest, and a good technician. Jamies is responsible and makes sure you are happy with his work. He was a pleasure to work with. I will use him again and recommend him to my family and friends.

Jamie was awesome and very responsive. Contacted him via Angie's messaging system and got a call back later in the evening. Jamie understood the issue at hand gave a quote and offered to come down and fix it the next day. Arrived on time and fixed the issue. Could not ask for more!

All the requested work was performed quickly, within the span of about a half hour, and with minimum fuss. Anything was extra was approved by me first, such as installing safety cables on the springs. Now I have a garage door that I'm happy to use, instead of one that I was afraid was going to break at any point in time. He also adjusted where the safety sights were pointing for object detection and explained lube maintenance to me as requested. He had all the necessary parts with him and did not have to go to the hardware store and charge me more like some other folks I've used. Jamie was extremely professional and quick, and I would absolutely use his services again.

After damage from a broken water pipe my garage door opener would not work. I called James on Monday and he said he would come out Wednesday morning. Came on time and went to work. I now have a working garage door and will have him back to replace my other door motor in the spring. He also replace some parts and installed an entry keyboard. He was very personable, professional and I appreciated his quick response to my problem.

I contacted Integrity Overhead Doors through the list in Mon. On Tues I got a return call saying he could be there in 15 mins. Jaime arrived and quickly fixed the broken door. He was professional, neat and quick. He checked my other doors and did not find any problems that needed to be addressed. He explained how the failure occurred and showed the broken part. He explained how other failures might occur and what warning signs to look for. I absolutely will use him again if needed and highly recommend him.

He was timely, did the work efficiently and it was a very fast job. Everything works great and I would hire Integrity again.

Excellent! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was once I described what was not working. I was expecting to have to purchase 2 new garage door openers. But my problem was solved in one 5 minute conversation over the phone!

Jamie returned calls and actually showed up when he said he would. We have used contractors for a variety of things in our home and he was one of the few that was has been so reliable. He went to work right away and cleaned up everything really well at the end of the day. Since our garage was 40 years old, the job wasn't exactly straightforward but Jamie adjusted things as needed. Entire experience from sales to installation went smoothly. Jamie (owner) was very nice during all interactions. Described all products and features in detail during our estimate meeting. Very fair price but not the cheapest estimate we got. Very reasonable based on features and quality. Jamie arrived on time for the installation and got right to work. He helped me push a car out of the garage once he had the old door out of the way. He proceeded with the installation, explaining clearly anytime I asked. Provided full instruction of operating features when finished, and cleaned the area, removing the old materials. Lastly, Jamie helped gush the old vehicle back in. I have no hesitation endorsing Jamie and the product.

Called James Monday afternoon he answered the phone within a ring or two. I explained my situation of needing to get 2 doors installed and due to the poor condition of the doors needed to get them replaced ASAP he said he would swing by later that night at the end of his day to take a look at the doors unfortunately I was not able to meet him but he called once examining the situation and gave me a price. We agreed to terms he said he would pop by later that week Thursday morning 9 AM to install the doors and as he promised he arrived Thursday morning 9 AM and installed the doors. He did a great job, new doors look great, remotes and keypad is all set up, key to get in just in case I lose power, he removed the old doors, tracks, trash and everything else and it looks as thou nobody was ever here except now I have beautiful perfectly functioning doors. James was on time, prompt, delivered services as promised, and I would highly recommend him to any and everyone.

I heard this crash while finishing a cup of coffee in the kitchen. I ignored it (one of my special talents). But then another crash. I looked outside. A Camry had crashed through our garage door. Glass and debris everywhere. Friend's of my wife were in the car, gesturing apologetically. The one driving had stepped on the gas instead of the brake. I thought wow what a mess, and I also thought - you know, that's something I might do by mistake. I tried moving the door off our new Mini, but had no idea how heavy those things are. Luckily, no one was hurt. I called Jamie at Integrity. I'd met him on another occasion when he had stopped by to fine tune an existing door he had installed for the previous owner of the house, refusing to accept money for doing that. Polite. Concerned. Prompt. Knowlegeable. After all the commotion it was a pleasure to feel his low-key expertise coming into play. In short order, he replaced it, cleaned up and got us going again.

He showed up just before he said he would. Great personality, very professional. We talked over the problem and the issues with our set up and then I told him I'd get out of his way and check in within a few minutes. By the time I got back he had overcome the more major issue that he saw at first (there was basically a wall in the way of the parts he needed to get to but he worked around that! No holes!) So when I came back, the door was working! We discussed the gap and my concern and he offered a solution which I agreed to right away and he fixed up in no time. Finally, he checked the remote for the garage door remote and changed the battery and re-programmed it leaving me with not only a working door but also a working remote! Great resource, I'd definitely refer folks to him for their garage door needs and I'll call him back if something should go wrong with any of our three again!

Excellent and Jamie was here on 9/19/2014 to replace a compression ring. he's ordered a replacement. It will take a week or so. I have all the faith in the world with Mr Mann.

Excellent experience - after sending an inquiry via the site, Jaime was able to come out the next day to take a look and provide an estimate. I had an old wooden garage door that was in very poor shape. He took all of the necessary measurements and inspected the existing rails, opener, etc. He provided me with an estimate on the spot, including a brochure showing different door styles, colors and windows with the pricing for any configuration. After deciding, I called him up to order the specific door. When it came in a couple of weeks later, he came out and completed the install in a couple of hours, including removal (and takeaway) of the old door, installing the new door, making all adjustments to both the door and the settings an my garage door opener. He also transplanted the bypass lock from my old door and tested it out with me, so my existing keys still work to get inside in the event of a power outage. All in all a great job and a pleasure to do business with!

I had a great experience. They were prompt. They were excellent. They came out within a couple of days. They got my garage doors in working order, cleaning up the mess the previous homeowner had left. They just got it done. They worked about 3 hours and they were done and when they were gone, the only indication that they've been there was the garage door worked. They're in my town and had better rating than the people I was looking at.
