It went amazingly well.  William Branch is very meticulous and he cleans up after himself.  I give him my highest recommendation.  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  He made good suggestions at the appropriate times to ensure our finished product was exactly what we wanted.

I had a very mixed experience with Bill Branch. I had a tight time line and tight budget, and Bill showed up and did a really good job (though a little costly), on time, and as promised on my bathroom floor. I paid $12/sq. ft. for that job, a little pricey. He was to come back the same week to do my kitchen but put me on the back burner for almost 2 months even after I made him a key, so he could come do it anytime. Finally, he came by. I made a bad suggestion out of ignorance that any tile guy should know was wrong. An architect pointed out my error, and I told him not to do it that way afterall. He did it anyway. I was upset, but he agreed to repair it if I had problems in the future. He came back to finish the grout and mixed the grout wrong resulting in 3 shades too light. I called him upset about the color, and he never called me again, not to move my stove back in my kitchen before Thanksgiving, not to collect his gear, not to collect his payment. That was 3 months ago.
Response from WILLIAM BRANCH TILE
"Member hired me to do his bathroom and kitchen floors. Marble in the bathroom and slate in the kitchen. Both floors were supposed to be done at the same time. After finishing the marble floor in the bathroom, he asked me to hold off on the kitchen as he wasn't sure what tile he was going to go with. I informed him I had other jobs lined up, thus leading to the lapse in time. I returned about 3 weeks later and installed the slate he had picked out in the kitchen. I showed Fred a grout chart and he picked out a color. After grouting the tile Fred decided he did not like the grout and wanted me to remove and replace his poor choice of grout color.I only install the product, if you change your mind after the job is finished I do not feel I should be responsible. He did not want to pay me for the installation even after the job was finished, unless i changed the grout color. So he did not pay me and I did not change the grout color. I believe my installation was done with pride and detail. I am very sorry he didn't like his grout color choice. He seemed very indecisive on his picks and would have benefited greatly from an interior decorator. Also the cost of $400 was a minimum per a job I charged at the time."

Bill was great. He was very professional, prompt and performed the work quickly. He finished when he said he would and the cost was in line with his estimate. His work was beautifully done. We have 75% white and 25% almond tiles in our tub surround. We asked him to scatter the almond tiles randomly. They look fantastic. We had a small problem with some cracked grout about two weeks after he did the work. He came immediately to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend him.
