My experience with Luciana has been exceptional. She is an honest, hard working, and very sweet person. My family has been pleased with the quality of her work, the cleanliness of our home and her communication. In addition, her hourly rate is a great value. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Luciana is fantastic. She works very hard, very efficiently and leaves our home immaculate every time she comes. She is a kind and thoughtful person who pays great attention to detail. We have enjoyed working with her for over a year. Our children and pets love her, she will sometimes slip a dog toy or treat in at the end of her visit. She even remembers my kid's birthdays! Luciana has been coming to our house bi monthly for the past year and we couldn't be happier with her work. She is very reliable and trustworthy and we have never had any issues with her showing up to do a great job. Her prices are very affordable and she has been very flexible when we have needed it. She does great work cleaning the house and organizing my sons room. She is so caring to our dog who is often home and leaves little surprises for my son. We are so happy to have found Luciana and hope to keep her on for as long as we can. I would (and have) highly recommended her to friends and family!

Luciana is amazing, the only regret I have is that we didn’t hire her sooner. She does an amazing job keeping everything clean and is very thorough and detailed. She is exceptional with our pets (three cats) who feel compelled to “help” with everything; Luciana is so patient and kind with them, it is so nice to know they are in good hands and not thought of as a bother. Our house is spotless and feels so much cozier, more comfortable and relaxing after it’s been in Luciana’s hands. On top of doing an exceptional job, Luciana is very conscientious and easy to schedule with, she is always on time and when she has had to reschedule (which is very very rarely) she gives ample notice and has come outside of her scheduled time to be sure everything is clean. She is very prompt with returning messages and is always pleasant and easy to work with. I am not sure what we would do without her at this point, she’s is very attentive, responsive and thoughtful and exceptionally kind. I highly recommend her services and couldn’t be happier or speak more highly of Luciana. Book her! You will be happy you did.

Luciana does a superb job, often going above and beyond with her services! She literally saved our home from utter chaos. In addition, she is great with our rescue dog as well, who does not warm easily to strangers. Luciana is always prompt and friendly, and arranges for the few and inevitable reschedules far in advance. I cannot say enough good things about her and would highly recommend her to any family or business.

What makes Luciana the best? For starters, she is ALWAYS on time and ready to hit the ground running. Lucy does a thorough and careful cleaning of my home, On the days that she has been here, my husband notices that not only is the house remarkably clean, but it looks and feels better organized. She does the job at a level that I would do it if I were going to do it myself. She has worked for me for about a year and does a quality job every single time. This is very important because previous cleaning people started out strong and then would start cutting corners or would be inconsistent. Luciana does an A-1 job EVERY TIME. For years, I have been avoiding cleaning and organizing the attic. I showed her the mess up there and asked her if she would be willing to help. Lucy accomplished that feat with flying colors and in record time!! She has also cleaned and organized my kitchen drawers and cabinets: a job done so well that it has made our daily kitchen tasks easier and more enjoyable. She has skills and competency way beyond anyone else I have ever hired. Additionally, she is gracious, respectful, honest, hard-working, good with pets and charges fairly for her wonderful services.

Luciana was incredible! When I arrived home the house was immaculate and she was delightful to deal with. Very professional, willing to work around my schedule and did a fantastic job. I will be looking forward to her next visit. She also has done work for my boss, he was totally pleased with her work and also with her willingness to come on a weekend to meet his busy schedule.

Exceptional service. I put this off for a very long time because I felt I was too unorganized to have someone clean my place. I was wrong. All my stuff was neatly organized and everything was spotless. I was constantly surprised by the "extra" things I wasn't expecting. Ceiling fans, microwaves, dust removed from inside cabinets. And again not only was everything spotless but organized in a way that made it easy to keep clean. Wonderful service!
