David responded quickly to my request for bids, submitted a very reasonable bid with clear explanation of his cleaning process, did more than I expected (for example, while washing the deck, also washed the deck furniture!), walked my around the house to show me particular areas, and suggested that I wouldn't need another power washing for 3 years. He was delightful to talk with, came exactly on time, and stayed much longer than he'd anticipated. I look forward to his services again and would recommend him unconditionally.
