Horrible. See BBB Omaha for full details. In short, owner George insisted on full payment for materials which we did on April 2 and then cancelled the order five to six weeks later and called me an *******, chickenshit, and jerk. Cancelled the walls but dropped off the shower base in the homeowners driveway on May 31. Now we have to find a new supplier for the walls when the whole project was supposed to be finished two weeks ago. Very sad.

We had Greco Bath do work in our bathroom (shower and tile work). Unfortunately, we did not review Angie's List prior to selecting Greco Bath. Falling in line with other online reviews and the other Angie's List review, George (the owner) was incredible disrespectful and unresponsive to concerns about low-quality work. When I called him about my concern, he screamed at me and hung up the phone (a common theme that I've read online). I will NEVER use Greco Bath again, and I would strongly recommend that people refrain from working with them. If you do decide to work with them, just expect to deal with a very disrespectful and unresponsive owner.

This experience was at the home of my sister. She asked me to post it on Angie's List. She begins: I ordered shower doors from Greco Bath. They had their own installer come to measure the opening of my shower stall so that doors could be ordered. At no time were actual lengths discussed because an installer from Greco Bath came out to measure for themselves. On April 22, 2010, this same installer came to install the doors. He had to cut the channels and the header with a hack saw. He installed the channels and put the header on. He picked up one of the glass doors and attempted to secure it to the header but said. “Oh, look these are way too short.” I went into the bathroom and it was very obvious the doors were way to short. If they had been placed into the header, there would have been a gap of over 2 inches at the very least. The installer said, “These are wrong.” He went on to say that the correct doors would be ordered and would be in the following Monday or Tuesday. I agreed. The following morning a person named George called me. He was literally screaming into the phone that he was not going to get new glass but rather the frame or channels would have to be cut down. I said that if that happened the shower head would be above the doors. George was screaming so hard it was impossible to reason with him. I finally said, “George, you need to compose yourself and call me back when you are able to discuss this in a civil manner.” George hung up on me. George’s conduct was hostile, abusive and intimidating. I will not do business with him. Does he say it is the factory's fault in manufacturing, at one point, and then says I ordered the showroom size? They measured? It is contradictory even in a few sentences. . While he states that “the frame was not cut correctly by the factory”, it was also cut inside my home by his installer. He also wrote that the shower door was the same height that was in the show room. At no time was it ever discussed that I was purchasing the same height that was in the showroom. If that was true, why would their installer come and measure before the doors were ordered? I truly feel that George’s intention and mannerisms are very dishonest. I would even describe it as bait and switch tactics combined with threatening and abusive behavior in an attempt to intimidate me into accepting a product that does not fit my shower opening.
