Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning LLC

GREAT, arrived exactly at time previously discussed. Explained their system and approx. how long the process would take to complete. The two brothers were very careful around my belongs, yet friendly with the 3 newf's. They were focused on completing the job and verifying that I was satisfied with each room as completed. I will be looking forward to using Grandview Window again.

I actually calle them to set an appointment for 04/18/14 but he called to let me know he had an opening on 04/12/14. Prompt and efficient. Professional, introduced himself first, knowledgable, explained to me what he was going to do before and after perfoming the service. Very friendly. I will definately use them every year. Highly recommend him.

I like them because they do what I say and they clean up the mess. They call you back and they answer your calls. They're reliable and there are so few contractors.

They said it did not include double hung windows. The add did not make that clear. However, they will be back on the 25th to do the rest at an additional cost

Fantastic! I called on the weekend, expecting to leave a message asking them to call me so I could make an appointment. Instead the owner himself answered the phone, explained the service, and collected my details. They arrived the following Monday - wow! Grandview not only did an excellent job of cleaning our windows until they were spotless, but they also went an extra step - they removed all paint residue left by our painters on the window glass near the painted frames. That paint has been there for almost 3 years now, and I really appreciate the fact that Grandview simply did that without asking and without charging extra. I would HIGHLY recommend Grandview, and I plan to use them in the future for additional window and gutter cleaning.

We have used Michael in the past for window and gutter cleaning. He does an excellent job. He's thorough, prompt, professional and pleasant. He responds promptly to email. I wish he did plumbing, electrical and remodeling; I'd hire him. He takes his time on every window, making sure they sparkle. We hired him this time from an Angie's Deal, and within a day of buying the deal, he called to verify that he had received the notice. He mentioned while he was here that he also does snow removal.

My husband and I were desperately hoping that one day we would wake up and our windows magically be cleaned. We live in the middle of the country, where dust accumulates on furniture in a matter of hours. We have a 2 year old who only knows how to open doors by touching the glass. Because we live in the country, we have numerous, double-hung windows. This provides a great view, but is a magnet for little hands and dust. I came across the deal on Angie's List by Grandview Window and Gutter Cleaning- promoting $99 for cleaning 20 windows. I knew we had more than 20 windows, but this was a great start. The owners were immediately in contact with me about potential dates (providing it was warm enough outside). I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to keep contacting him when the forecast showed warmer weather. He showed up on the scheduled day, and quickly realized we had more windows/screens than could quickly be cleaned. He politely rescheduled for a few days later, when he had more time and extra hands. They showed up on the next scheduled date. While I wasn't there, my husband noted how hard they worked and how professional they were- barely stopping to eat lunch and working ~8 hours straight. Very methodical and meticulous with their trade. Our house is about 1/4 mile from the road. When I drove home that evening, I could see straight through my house- something I did not realize was possible. Apparently the dust/dirt has doubled as a "curtain" for our blindless and curtainless house. The windows look amazing. Can't say enough about them. Will definitely use this company again, and whole-hardheartedly would recommend them to anyone. And, now I have to contemplate putting up curtains...

He arrived on time. He was fast and did an excellent job. The ad is a little misleading but his work compensated for that. I will also use him to do the gutters for me in the spring. I will use him again.

It worked out just fine. They cleaned about 26 windows. Two very pleasant guys did the work.

I will definitely do this again. The windows look great, the price seemed reasonable, and the communication was very good.

Initially the contractor said that each window was going to be considered 2 windows. These are casement windows so one side opens w/ a screen and the other is stationary. The 'big deal' coupon offered services for twenty windows. He was considering each window unit as two windows. We brought to his attention that other window washers in our city did not charge this way. In fact we had experienced the floor to ceiling windows in our previous home were priced same as average windows were. After A heated exchange regarding the coupons stated offer and my displeasure with the contractors policy, I suggested that I would pass on the services and request a rebate of coupon cost. This contractor then agreed to wash 20 windows, as I had experienced with other contractors regarding charges per window UNIT. This was mutually agreed to after much grumbling regarding his cost of advertising with Angies list and his time available. The job was done at a agreed later date.

CLEANED OUT ALL GUTTER AND THE ROOF AND TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY WITH THEM. VERY EFFICIENT AND NICE. WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE THEM AGAIN.

They arrived and did hand-cleaning out of the gutters on each level.

Really can't speak too much detail about the job, as all I had them do was clean out the gutters & I wasn't home at the time they came. He answered my call promptly & was pleasant on the phone. Ended up doing the job sooner than he had expected, that's why I wasn't home at the time. From the ground everything looks OK, but didn't get on a ladder to inspect anything.

On time, friendly, and professional. I appreciated that they pointed out areas of concern (ex: some roof damage I hadn't noticed) and communicated well (pointed out pros & cons of my particular type of gutter). I had a problem they couldn't fix (one underground drainage pipe was blocked, perhaps crushed). They spent quite a bit of time trying to clear/flush it but the blockage was too far to reach and did not respond to added water pressure. They recommended temporary actions until the drainage pipe, which is underground and under a deck) can be dug up. They also recommend gutter repair folks for work outside the scope of their company. Very satisfied.

Mike cleaned interior and exterior windows of our home. Awesome job! They hadn't been cleaned in a few years, and the difference was amazing. Looking out clear windows at beautiful Fall trees,... wow! He arrived on time, was efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again! Was very fair. And professional. We had some rain in the forecast and he was very accommodating to that and we rescheduled , so that I could get the best value. I also had more windows that what were in his deal and he did all of them without charging extra.

These guys are great...they even cleaned a large mirror at no extra charge, I would have had to get a ladder to clean it. They did forget one side of one window in the basement but in their defense, there were a lot of boxes etc...stacked up on a couch in front of that window. They were punctual and were in and out of here in about 3 hours. The windows look great and I will use them again.

Grandview responded immediately and took care of cleaning my gutters the very same day that I purchased my Groupon coupon. Very responsive and the gentleman was very polite and professional on the phone. He (Mark, I believe) called me and said he would be right out. He did say he would call me after, but I did not get a call or a message. I did notice that my windows needed a cleaning after the service…debris was everywhere, but he left me a card for the window cleaning, which I thought was a bit humorous. It pours down rain within a few days and washed all the debris away : ), so no need to call for a follow up window cleaning! All and all I was VERY pleased with the gutters…they were spotless. I wish my neighbors would do the same as I live in a townhouse and the front gutter is joined. Great job Grandview.

The company called and asked if it would be alright to come 2 hours early and I said yes. They introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and mediately started to work. They clear the roof hand cleaned the gutters of debris, and washed the gutters out with a power hose. Then they proceeded to clean around the house with a leaf blower. All in all an excellent job. Better than I had expected.

It went really well. They did a great job and did more than I anticipated.

The job went great! The two gentlemen (Mike and Pat) called prior to arrival, letting me know they would be at my home in about thirty minutes. Upon arrival, they politely introduced themselves and Mike filled me in on what the cleaning process would entail and they got right to work. All I can say is WOW! My windows are now so clean it looks like there is no glass in them! They even went so far as to carefully move furniture when necessary and then replaced the furniture to its exact spot and brought down all blinds that needed to be pulled up in order to clean the inside windows when they were finished. They also removed all the screens, cleaned the sills, and cleaned and replaced each screen. Mike worked on the outside windows and even went so far as to scrape off years of old paint overspray on many of the windows. Now that's service! For all that they did, I thought the price was extremely fair. I would not hesitate to use Grandview Window cleaning again and again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their windows to sparkle. Not to mention that they were very pleasant and respectful guys who were great to have around. Great job guys. Thank you so much!
