They did an excellent job, they were early for the job so I never saw them.

. He worked me into his schedule within 24 hours. He called to give me a more precise time the day of and was friendly and easy to work with when he arrived. The gutters were a real mess but he just did the work and recommended how often to have them cleaned. He also cut some trees that were blocking the gutters. He did not charge extra for that and even took them to the street to be disposed of. All and all, I was very pleased with his work and would call him back again for power washing or doing windows as well as scheduled gutter cleaning.

Wow, so worth the money, I knew there was a lot of debris in my gutters but when Mike came out and started using the power hose on my gutters I didn't realize how much was there. I had just bought this home and I started cleaning out one of the lower gutters and I knew that I would need a professional to get to the higher gutters with a power hose to really get the debris washed out. Mike was very friendly and professional, He cleaned up after the work was done to the point you didn't even know he had been there. Will I use Mike again, definitely. There is a pine tree close to my house and regardless of what kind of gutter guards you have you will have those pine needles getting into your gutters, So yes I can see calling Mike for years to come to clean out my gutters.

Mike works FAST - super personable. He stopped and answered any questions I had, and even brought my attention to some siding on my second story that had come loose. He even worked the loose siding for me back into place. My gutters are cleaner than they have ever been. He cleaned up any debris that escaped. I would totally recommend to anyone that needs this service done. Amazing deal, great professionalism.

Michael arrived on time and cleaned out our very dirty gutters in record time. He hosed them out and cleaned up after the cleaning. He even took the time to trim back the trees so not as many leaves would fall in them. He was very professional and worked really hard.

It went great. The owner called me the date I bought the coupon from Angie's and the service was performed with a couple of days.

Excellent Grand view exceeded my expectations they trimmed tree branches hanging on my roof and washed my screens and left my windows and gutters spotless.

The service was excellent and they went above & beyond my expectations. They were only hired to clean the gutters but they also removed the gutter guards, rinsed them & put them back on for no extra charge and they trimmed a tree branch that was touching the roof of my 2-story house. They took the time to note that there was an issue with a tree branch brushing against the roof (which you don't want) and trimmed it back for me. I was thinking of hiring someone to fix that on my 2-story house and now I don't need to b/c these guys did it. They also cleaned up all of the debris that came out of the gutters too. They went above and beyond and I would absolutely use them again.

The overall experience with Grandview couldnt have went better. I called to make an appointment and he came over as soon as we hung up the phone. He performed the services that were paid for with no hesitation and did a great job.

After the June hailstorm, our gutters were clogged. We called Grandview on the saturday prior to his arrival, to leave a message, as his website listed M-F hours. Michael called us back that same day and arranged to do the work on the next Monday at 5pm. Michael arrived with another man, an hour early, after calling and confirming there would be someone home. They both did an excellent job. We have had torrential downpours in the week following his cleaning and all gutters are open and water is running where it should. We have gutters that are too small for the house and will be replaced with larger ones; however, in the meantime, Michael suggested some things we could do to avoid the rainwater flowing over the top in downpours. We arranged for him to return to clean our windows, inside and out. We were only going to do the outside windows; however, Michael insisted on doing the inside as well, saying that his outside job would not look good if the inside wasn't clean. He apologized for being late from the time he called on Monday for the gutter cleaning (he was an hour early from the original scheduled time). Due to the construction and road closure on Blondo, his GPS did not list a detour. He also power washes decks and after the hailstorm in June our insurance adjuster suggested we powerwash our deck to get rid of the hail marks. Michael said that powerwashing would not remove the marks; there would simply be dents in the deck after restaining. We will mention this on our reinspection.

After a heavy rain, I realized that our gutters were clogged with pine needles. I called Grandview because of the positive review on Angie's List. The person who answered the phone was very courteous, kind and it sounded like their company would do a professional job. Ted and Mike came in an hour because they had a cancellation due to the weather. They greeted me warmly and we evaluated what the job would entail. The quote was for $200 but they said that if it took less time than they thought, they would adjust the amount. They started the job and realized that some supportive brackets were broken that held the gutter to the house. They took more time than estimated and repaired those brackets and did not charge me more for their time or materials. They cleaned up the debris and took it away with them. I could not have asked for a company to any better of a job than they did. I want them back to clean our windows.

Did a great job cleaning the gutters of my 3 story house, they had not been cleaned in a long time and there was a lot of debris! He even took pictures of some roof damage we would never have seen so we could get it repaired before it turned into serious damage, great service!

Michael came out to do our gutters. He was very friendly and professional over the phone. I enjoyed talking to him and was glad to meet him. He was just as friendly in person. Once out, he did an excellent job, making sure everything was cleaned up when done. He also didn't leave any residue in the driveway. Finally, he charged what I believe is an incredibly fair price. I actually gave him a little extra as a tip. Given that, I will *definitely* use him again for gutter cleaning and highly recommend to as many people as possible.
