We contacted this company and the company contacted us promptly and showed up on time on all visits. However, it took several visits (four total) to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Prices seemed fair and they did honor their promise to guarantee the results. When the first fix failed to solve the problem, they did additional work at no charge, other than the cost of the key part, and even replaced a few smaller parts free of charge. Also of note, we were required to sign a paper absolving the company from any damage to floors, cabinetry, and counter tops that might result from the moving and repairing of the refrigerator. They did the work carefully and no damage was incurred, but we think they should have taken the accountability. All in all a good job, but far from perfect.

Our old washing machine (Top-load, Whirlpool) was having drainage issues. We had someone out before who charged us twice as much as this company did. We got our appointment quickly, they arrived on time, and they had it going again quickly as well. Unfortunately, this washer still didn't last us much longer... but, should our brand new one develop problems, I would give them a call.

Our less than 5 year old dishwasher was suddenly louder than normal. And since we bought it because it was supposed to be quiet (Whirlpool Quiet Partner IV) and used to be, we were afraid our pump was going out. We called All Appliance Service Company based on good reviews on Angie's List. They came out and the service guy was very nice. He worked on the dishwasher for quite a while and couldn't see anything wrong with it. He finally deduced it was the water shut off valve under the sink that must be causing the problem. The only thing with that was he wasn't licensed to do plumbing work and we had to call a plumber. We had our doubts that it was the shut off valve because it, too, was only 5 years old. When the plumber came out he was doubtful that was the problem, too, but he changed it out anyway. After he took it off he did say the washer looked like it could have been causing the problem. And, long story short, that was the problem and now everything is fine. I know All Appliance didn't fix our problem but they certainly diagnosed it for us. We will definitely call them again if we have any problems with our appliances. The repairman was courteous and polite. He took his shoes off at the door so he wouldn't track in our house which we appreciated.

Front load washer wasn't draining properly. They came quickly, next day I think. Was timely and professional. Explained the issue and how I could resolve similar issues in the future.

After scheduling an appointment I was pleasantly suprised when the technician called early and was able to come that morning. After I described the problem with the refrigerator he plugged it in and was able to hear the compressor not working. He was very honest about the cost or repair, considering the age of the unit, so I opted not have any work done. The technician was very professional I was satisfied with my experience with All Appliance Service, Inc.

Repair man was timely in his arrival in smart in his diagnosis.

See above. The refrigerator ice cube maker was leaking. Repair person fixed it. Bingo, bango, bungo. Good job, quick.

At 1130 I called to ask when they would arrive and was treated rudely with the response sometime this afternoon. No appology or explaination. I insisted on some kind of a range and she said "between 1:00 and 3:00. The guy arrived around 2pm and was smug, barrely touched the frig and said that we need to buy another ice maker $250. This Magtag referigerator has been in service for 18 months, so I questioned him. He said that it just happened sometimes. Several hours after he had left the entire refrigerator stopped working. I have left a number of voice mail messages for the company over the past 2 days and had not response. WE will find another customer service minded business.

I had my washing machine repaired by All Appliance Service Inc. The pump broke on my washing machine and they replaced it. The staff was very prompt. I did not have any problems with this company.

Overall an outstanding experience. Punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will highly recommend All Appliance Service to all my family and friends.

Went great. Scott explained everything to me - basically it was a "put the customer at ease" call. The charge was only for service, but now I feel better knowing the dryer wasn't running overly hot and how it worked if it did overheat. He wasn't condescending and yet explained everything to me in plain words.

Sent email to request service early on the 21st of march. They called back in early morning, and tech arrived at 345 alittle later than promised. tech was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself. Bill was alittle high for work performed, but will most likely use them again

Checked entire appliance and decided the problem was a clogged drain. He blew open the drain fixing the problem.

I saw their ads on television and they were recommended by Electrolux as a factory trained Electrolux technician which I needed to use to keep my warranty from being voided. When I called them to get the price for the service call, they were very friendly, they were very knowledgeable, they were very punctual. When I called they were closed but they called me back the next morning. The technician was very friendly and he knew what he needed to do and got it done. It was like it was rehearsed. He was a great technician. It made me believe in the commercial I’d seen on television. He didn’t charge me all he was supposed to because he knew I was having trouble getting the money back from the person who damaged the top. I appreciated that. He said he’d take the flak at the office for not charging more. Their price was fair to begin with but then he charged me less. Their customer service was much friendlier when they called me back.

I called in the morning and they were out in the afternoon. They were absolutely excellent and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Scott Williams is a wonderful representative for the company.

Very responsive. I called on Thursday and iI asked if they could send someone out on Friday as I was home that day. The company arranged for a technician to come on Friday. He seemed very competent and friendly and found the cause of the problem, adjusted the switch and everything was is in good working condition. I appreciate the effort made to accommodate my schedule.

Over all I was very satisfied with the services!! Would highly recommend it!!

technician had already narrowed down probable problem with noisy clothes washer to two alternatives, and ensured he had the part in his truck prior to arriving at the house. he quickly determined that repair of the faulty bearing was not cost-effective and recommended a number of brands to replace the washer.

My oven quit working so I called to have them look at it. They promptly showed up with a call beforehand during the allotted time. He quickly got to the route of the problem and happened to have a replacement part in his car. He was only at my house a total of 30 minutes and now I have a working oven. Was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.

I called on Monday, next available appointment was the next day. Company gives 3-hr windows, with a call before if you need to leave work to meet them at home. My window as noon-3. Tech called at 12:05, but I missed the call. When I got the message and called back, he was at another job, but told me when he expected to be at my house. Tech arrived within 10 minutes of when I got home. Quick, polite, professional. Service was $108 + tax. When I had another dryer repair (I think it was also belt reposcement) 3 yrs ago, the cost was $171--so $115 seems very reasonable.

They repaired my squeaky dryer, even had to order a part and returned and replaced it the same day. Very good service!!

The water dispenser on my 2004 GE GSL25JSPB refrigerator was not working. I called and All Appliance Service sent Gary out the next morning. After his inspection he concluded that the water line inside the door was frozen. This model and several other GE models are prone to this problem and he said my only recourse was to get a new door. I guess GE knows about this problem and has quietly fixed it with their replacement parts. The new door is $400. For that kind of money, I declined having it repaired. Since I had already paid for the service call, Gary did a quick check of my other appliances, giving me useful and valuable owner maintenance tips about each. That was really nice of him. He was also kind to my curious kitties in the process, something "pet parents" appreciate. I'll definitely use All Appliance again and I'll ask for Gary by name.

Requested repair of squeaky 20 year-old washing machine. Upon examination repairman recommended limping along with the existing machine until I could buy a new one. The old machine is no longer worth repairing all of its many faults. I believe this was sound advice. The repairman could have made expensive repairs to the old machine, but chose to advise me to buy new. The only charge was the basic minimum charge for a visit.
