It was really easy to go in and pick out what we wanted. They had everything displayed pretty nicely. We picked what couch we wanted and then we were showed many different colors that it came in. We picked a color that we had to order and we were pretty much finished. We were told that it would take 4-6 weeks to get. I thought that was reasonable and began my countdown. Six weeks flew by and no couch - eight weeks flew by and no couch - finally, after about twelve weeks, my couch was in and ready to be delivered. I do not want to complain about the time it took to get the couch because it was not their fault, it was the manufacturers fault. It was October when we ordered it and they were really busy, so by the time they got the couch done, it was Christmas, and then they had two weeks off and did not ship my couch to Nebraska Appliance Center until the beginning of January. As soon as Nebraska Appliance Center got the couch in stock, they delivered it within 24 hours. I was pleased with their service, but it sucked that the manufacturer took so long to build my couch.
