EASY LAWN

I called Easy Lawn the first week in June 2014 due to a possible break in my sprinkler system. I neighbor pointed them out indicating 2 things out. 1- Up until recently they were the only lawn care company in Aurora, NE. 2- They are expensive. When I mentioned I need to contact them I was told "good luck". I then looked up their contact online but no number was located but an email was there. I emailed them stating I have some problems and needed them to make a service call. I also stated I did not find a contact # for their business. In the return email it said simply, "This is our number 402-694-5296." Nothing else was provided, no inquiry further of my concern, no indication of them wanting to provide service. I found this strange at the time but I have begun to experience this as the norm for this region as I live here longer I called but there was no answer so I left a message. Several days go by but no one returned my call. Again, I called back again and again, I received no answer so I left another message. No one since returned my call or emailed me further. With new lawn care companies popping up in Grand Island and H2grow in Hamilton there is no reason to tolerate poor customer service anymore. I cannot recommend them due to the lack of communication and lack of follow up.
