From the start I had troubles. I had one salesman come and we agreed on I wanted tile in my bathroom....so a couple days later they send another salesman out to sell me a cheap tub surround because the tile idea was just stupid...finally told them this is how it is going to be and we moved forward.....so construction started and for some reason they got about 90% done and didn't come back for over 2 months to finish......After we were completely done I had a leak in my ceiling where the wall once was...so they send a guy out and says its a plumbing issue....not a big deal the plumber should deal with it....plumber is called and he says they saw it and they should of fixed it while they were up there...so your home improvement agreed to do it..so I got my roof fixed and I wanted to wait to see if the roof leaked any longer after a rain, it didn't rain for 10 months...so I finally figured out it was done leaking and called them back....they started the whole process over again blaming the plumber, plumber blaming them..(which p***** me off more because I asked them if I should get a plumber and they insisted on getting their own, which turns out to be the same plumber I would have gotten but I probably paid twice as much for)....regardless of whose fault it is I felt as though its not my issue and they should deal with it because it was their job that I paid them for......so long story short I am hiring a different contractor and I thought I could just forget about them.....5 months later I notice water leaking at the base of my shower.....I call them they come out and tell me that it wasn't installed correctly.......THEY INSTALLED THE THING!!!!!! if it wasn't right then why did they leave it....such a joke....I recommend no one ever ever ever ever use this company.....complete joke from the top of the food chain to the salesman...jokes

I could write a novel on how horrible their services were. First off, the salesman lied about the windows and how it would help my heating bill. He claimed the company had different areas of expertise, with trained professionals in each area. My windows would be measured to fit perfectly. Day of installation 2 guys showed up. One was a laid-off brick layer and his helper had no experience at all. Just was hired recently by the sub-contracted brick layer. It all went down hill from there. Too much to write about. Extremely bad experience and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Terrible. The work was scheduled several times before the work was actually done. Product wasn't all shipped for the job and there was major dispute over products needed to complete the job as promised by salesman. They use high pressure to sign off on the workdone form and I was promised that as long as I had the supplies, the railing that was removed would be replaced. The installer said it wasn't on the contract and that he didn't have time to do it. The local guy said he would take care of it, but doesn't show up when he says he will and he doesn't respond to my phone calls or texts. I have been waiting since July 29th for the work to be checked on because some of the trim isn't done, the transition piece between tile and carpent doesn't match any of the other wood they supplied, and the varnish job has some bad spots. No one seems to want to follow up after they get paid. They claim tobe so caring and helpful when they promise the moon, but the actual follow up is CRAP. I have spent thousands of dollars with this so called company and mostly because they were good about follow up and they had special financing available. Once they get the money>>>it seems to be all over. I had them for 5 big jobs: windows, front door, flooring X 2, and counter tops/sink. DON'T DO IT!

A lot of work was involved and not enough time was scheduled by the home office for the installer to finish while I was off from work for 3 days. He had to come back over the weekend a couple of times. To save money, I removed the carpet from the stairs and lower level entryway. I also removed the railings on both sides with 1 railing having spindles. They were to be replaced by the company as long as I had the merchandise for them to use. This did not get completed as of today, 8/20/13, but the project manager assures me that it will get done this weekend. I have used this company for 5 big jobs at my property. They do have good quality products and do stand behind the product and their work. However, I have had issues with every job they have done and the big problem is their turnover in staff. I kept going with them mostly because they had good financing programs. I am done now, except to complete my last project and to follow up if there are any problems.

We got hooked by one of those "sign up to win $10,000 in home improvments" at the mall. They called and wanted to stop by to give us a "free estimate". The salesman was very pushy and wouldn't leave our house until we bought something. He was there for 45 minutes before he even started talking about the products they offer, the first 45 minutes he spent telling us how awesome his company is. His knowledge of the products he was selling was lacking. We finally bought the attic insulation from him so he would just leave, his high pressure sales tactics we overwhelming. His estimate for siding was $15,000 higher then the estimate we had already from a different contractor for the same product. We paid $2,400 for 12 bales of blown in attic insulation which is a rip off. When they finally showed up to do the job they showed up in this sketchy rape van, two guys came in and they looked like they could be meth users. I could here them cussing while they were up in the attic. After the job was done I didn't get what they said I would and dealing with this company was very angering. I would never call them again for anything.
