Really well! The ladies and owner are great!

It was not terrific. I have all wood floors. They seemed to be under the impression that white vinegar and water was sufficient to clean it and it was not. I spoke with them myself about it. They were very pleasant and tried to be efficient about other things. But, the floors were a problem. It was 2200 sq. ft. So, I probably should have thought, "$200 is not very much money to clean that much." They assured me that they would handle it. They followed up very quickly and everything and did what they said, in terms of being there and having people clean and so forth. I went back and cleaned all the floors myself using a wood floor cleaner. The refrigerator was good and everything else was fine. They should use appropriate cleaning products. The problem was, they were cutting costs with not buying appropriate cleaning products. Therefore, not everything was as I would have liked it to be. I liked the fact that they were very responsive. Any e-mails that I sent or questions I had, they tried to answer them. The young man they sent was very pleasant and very prompt. But, I probably would not call them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Winston Salem Cleaning Service.  Kellie and her team are thorough, trustworthy, and excellent at what they do.  I have a three-bedroom 1900 sq ft  townhome.  WSCS performed a deep-cleaning just before I moved in (cleaned every surface, refrigerator, and shampooed carpets).  The place was spotless when I moved in.  Since that time, WSCS cleans my townhome every 4 weeks.  My place is so nice to come home to after it has been cleaned.  WSCS does a much better job than I could do myself.  I also give them high marks for communication.  Kellie sends me a reminder before each service and is very responsive if I have a question or a comment.  Great people who do great work.

She is tremendous. They are so good. They are reliable and efficient. They go the extra mile for you. They're really great. Through my life, I've had other cleaning services and cleaning people and I've never been this satisfied. They were wonderful. I can't say enough about them. Their pricing is very reasonable.

I own rental property and had a unit with a terribly dirty oven and stove and the rest of the house was not bad. I hired Winston-Salem Cleaning Service Inc. on the recommendation of a professional painter and was extremely pleased with the transformation of the oven and stove which were cleaned by the owner, Kellie Utroska. While the owner spent 2 hours cleaning the stove and oven, the assistant did a fair job on the rest of the house but overlooked an entire window sill, part of the top of the refrigerator, and failed to clean lipstick off of the toilet seat. When I called Kellie to let her know about the oversights, she was extremely professional and offered to waive the entire charge. I was so pleased with the quality of the work done on the stove and with Kellie Utroska that I paid the full asking price in appreciation for the professionalism and quality of work done by the owner.
