TGR Major Appliance Service & Repair

Look no further!!!!!!!! TGR is the place to call for repairs that I have found to be spot on and reasonably priced too. Our first repair was a Maytag washer that was fixed within a day, with the part on the truck and for less than I was expecting. Recently our Kenmore microwave door would not close and that was a spring that I reattached after a call to TGR. So that's 2 different types of appliances made by 2 different companies. There is no substitute for a local guy who owns his own company, is good at what he does, AND takes pride in both his work and reputation!

Prompt response to call; quick switch repair

He appeared as promised and installed a new part. The final cost was less than his estimate. My nearly 40-year-old Hotpoint is working just fine again. he also fixed a minor problem I was having with my stove at no charge. I expect the service got was something of a fluke, but Tim is professional and knowledgeable and does what he says. I recommend him highly.

TGR Appliance Repair was recommended to me by a friend who had used the company previously. Overall, I have no complaints regarding my experience. It was very difficult to find an appointment time that worked, but once the appointment was made, everything went very smoothly. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. The cost of the part and the repair was very reasonable, I was very impressed with the work done, and I will certainly call TGR Appliance with any appliance concerns I face in the future. I HIGHLY recommend TGR!
