 + -1 moreBCCS has three components. They serve residential needs, commercial businesses, and do web development. I used them to service my laptop. I was particularly happy the technician was not judgmental about the mistakes I had made that caused my laptop to need servicing. There was an option to have my laptop serviced at my home or drop if off at BCCS's headquarters downtown. I dropped mine off since there is a reduced rate for people who can drop it off. Brent did more than just fix the issues I was aware of; he made sure that the whole computer was working at its best. He was easy to work with and very resourceful. I would highly recommend using this company. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but I would call them if needed.
Description of Work: Clean malware off of laptop. Perform other maintenance on the laptop.
