The installers Kevin J and Aaron D were very thorough.They did the job in a timely manner.Were very neat and clean and kept us up on progress while doing the job.The service and quality of product is outstanding.I would recommend this company to anyone.My wife and I are well pleased with the outcome.

Great company. Installers Derek Hinkel and Victor were very professional. They did a great job removing and installing my new shower. They were extremely neat and clean and explained everything they would be doing. Products used were top A+. Will highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their home.

This company is spot on with delivering a great product but more importantly the installers Paul & Erik were A+++. They did such a great job with the first shower install that we requested them for the second install! Very professional and left no trace of them even being here other than two new showers!! Highly recommend!

Extremely professional company; met all of our expectations. A complete tear out of tile and old plumbing to the studs and complete reinstall within 8 hrs. Clean and neat, awesome. Kevin and Aaron, my installers, were very professional, clean and even as quite as they could possibly be under the circumstances. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They made sure I was pleased with the placements of the grab bars and shelving. I couldn't be more pleased with my new walk-in shower. The clean up was done leaving no dirt or dust. Earl Vereen and his co-worker did a fantastic job replacing my tub with a walk-in shower. They arrived on time and worked through the day, don't even know if they took a break, and left by 4PM after reviewing the installation and cleaning recommendations. Clean-up was excellent, tarps laid down on all surfaces, debris removed from driveway from power saw, water turned back on and checked at all faucets to make sure plumbing was intact. They were efficient, friendly and patiently answered my questions and concerns. Very satisfied with my new shower.

Earl Vereen was my installer. He was very polite, knowledgeable was able to answer all my question. The workers were very efficient and professional. They covered my floors and cleaned up after the installed of my shower/tub. I can't say enough about how great the workers and the product

The workers from West Shore were very friendly, efficient and professional! In addition, they were very courteous and very respectful of our home, covering our wood floors and carpets with tarps and leaving everything clean and in place when they were finished with the job. We would give them a "10" if we could! We had a shower replaced in one bathroom and a bathtub and shower replaced in another. We are thrilled with both jobs! The bathrooms looks beautiful and the work exceeded our expectations!!!

Paul and Erik was very polite and professional as well as very knowledgeable about installing the new shower. They did a prefect job and clean up all the mess. I would recommend West Shore Home and exspecially Paul and Erik to anyone that would like to have their shower or bathtub replaced.

Beginning with Roman, Design Consultant, my experience with West Shore Home was an awesome experience. A bit pricey, but since I did not get any other estimate, I really can't compare to other companies/products. I can't speak highly enough of Earl Vereen and his team. Heâ s punctual friendly and after explaining the details he wasted no time in getting on with the install. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Earl Vereen and Rob Martin did an excellent job installing our new walk in shower. They were polite and no intrusive. The work was done in one day and looks amazing. We would definitely recommend Westshore Home again and use them again if we had the need.

Very professional and efficient. Corey Hemingway and Aaron Dudley were our installers and were both very friendly and helpful. They completed the job in one day. Our salesperson, Phillip Connole was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

Jon Schwartz, Jon Fowler and Brandon Carson were excellent installers and sales rep. The installers were knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and were very clean in this installation. There were 2 others who were here on the first day but I don't know their names. Thank you for the wonderful service and installation of our new shower. Brandon also handled several concerns that came up during and after the installation.

The crew (Chris Brazil and William) arrived early, getting busy with the complicated demo of a 1-piece fiberglass jacuzzi tub enclosure in a 1957 home. They had the demo done well before lunch and took to framing in to square in my cinder block wall home so the shower would be plumb and square. They worked meticulously to get ancient trap out, installing a new one before placing the pan in the newly plumbed trap. They also accommodated my request to run the panels to the ceiling giving me floor to ceiling protection in the new walk-in shower. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from sales to scheduling (2 weeks from contract to install) and the many crew that took part in my project, all professional, respecting covid protocols and cleaned up as if they were never here. Well done on all levels.

Through the whole process everyone I dealt with was absolutely great and the most beautiful work I have seen. I work with West Shore in Myrtle Beach, SC. I'm handicapped and they made sure my roll-in shower was exactly as I needed it
