All of the people I dealt with at West Shore Homes were professional - knowledgeable - and personable. During the order status, the sales rep was very knowledgeable about the different types of windows and answered all of my questions until he and I both knew that I was satisfied. The workers that came out to measure the windows and then replace the existing windows were on time for their appointed time slots, courteous, and explained everything they were doing as they did it. The installers did a great job of installing the new windows, explaining how they functioned, and making sure the area was cleaned up before they left. I am very satisfied with the work and would be more than happy to purchase additional windows from this company.

No more leaking windows and these hurricane windows are not going anywhere!! The guys were great to work with and were so professional! After Florence and basically rebuilding the house - I must say these are the best contractor that have been in my home to date! If you are considering windows look no further!! Canâ t wait until I can get my sliders replaced- will definitely being going straight to Westshore!!

Everything went great ! When we ordered our windows we were told 6-8 weeks. They came in and we were called to see if they could move up our installation date. The guys were all polite. Love the warranty that comes with the windows!

The installers were very proficient and professional. The finished product was worth the investment in our home.

Hector and Devin were fabulous! We had a little snafu but between these guys and our sales rep Brandon all was solved within minutes! These guys rocked it!

We had our shower/tub combo removed back in August and a walk-in shower installed in its place. The two gentlemen who installed it were fantastic (Hector L. & Nick P.)! They were here on time and were very respectful. Our dryer vent, for some reason, was under our shower/tub combo so it had to be moved. Hector wasted no time in getting that done. They had to rely on two other co-workers to bring the parts he needed. It's great seeing a team work so well together! Our sales rep, Christine D., was wonderful as well! She came back on a Saturday to finish up our quote and get us to sign the paperwork due to a conflict in my schedule the previous day. All and all we had a great experience with West Shore Home and the shower is just fantastic!

Last year I was finally able to replace all the windows in my home. The team was prompt, very professional and had great teamwork ethic. Several months ago during an altercation on my street my front window was shot. To my surprise West Shore Homes was kind enough to come out and replace that window for me at no charge! I am grateful for that and would recommend them to anyone.

The job was done on the day that was scheduled and completed when they told me it would be done. The installation crew was very informed .knew what they was doing ,and kept the area clean at all times. The project cost a little more then I expected but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I feel I got much more then I paid for.

Workers were punctual, neat, polite& knowledgeable. The main worker, Kevin, showed good leadership & care about doing the job to our satisfaction.
