Terrible. They had only two machines to deal with all the water I had. The replacement company had six and one to clean the air from the mold. Servpro ripped the leaking walls apart but had no part in a solution. Very expensive not much done.

We follow strict guidelines when working with mold. If given the chance, we would have utilized more drying equipment once removing the affected materials and treating the visible mold. We liked the carpet and tile guys. They did a decent job, especially the tile guy. I don't know who he was, but I would use him again. The carpet guys left some things under the carpet so sometimes I feel a bump here or gap there when walking on it, but it looks okay.

According to them, it was a small job compared to the others however it took a month. The workforce was mostly at the other residence that was the big job. Meanwhile I had the leftovers. They put holes in my walls. Instead of replacing the drywall from the scatches and bumps, they painted over it.
There's gaps in my floor inbetween the boards that they tried to fix. There is a 1/4 of an inch between one of the boards. I had to put wood putty inbetween the boards! They said they didn't have enough time to fix the floors. I wanted to get the floor from Lowe's. They said they had to use another company. They practically forced me to use this other company. I found out that if I used Lowe's, I would have gotten better quality floors for the same price.

Servpro sent someone to the house on a Saturday to evaluate the water damage/mold infestation. The duct cleaning was done the following Tuesday, and for the rest of the week: NOTHING. No one has called to offer any explanation for the delay. One week later I do not have the estimate that I asked for on the initial visit. Servpro has been unresponsive and unreliable. I will not use them again, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

they initially did an okay job but they kept me waiting for a week and then stated they were to busy elsewhere to complete the job
