After 4 weeks I called, no door. 6 weeks called again, left message for owner which I placed the order with, never called back. 7 weeks, called back again because I wasn't getting called back, finally learned from the girl behind the counter the wrong door was sent from factory, new door was being made. 8 weeks called again, no door, no call back 9 weeks, finally got a call for the owner saying the door was in, at that time I was fed up and didn't care. 9.5 weeks, owner called again to let me know the door was in. I called back and we scheduled a day for installation. Not knowing what the weather was going to be we left it as a Saturday. I called on that Thursday to check with him for a time. Still have not received a call back on what time they are coming. I'm just glad I never gave him any money and I would never do business with them again!
