State roofing replaced a roof on a rental.property earlier this year. I asked them to look at my home's roof that had many shingles loose and it was barely 10 years old. They said my roof didn't need to be replaced and just repaired it for a reasonable amount and gave me a 5 year workmanship guarantee.

I recommend State Roofing for all your roofing needs. They are very professional and very hard workers. They did an excellent job giving us a new metal roof that looks amazing. It is very hard to find contractors that show up and that you can rely on and do a fantastic job.

Scott with state roofing was professional and kept in touch throughout our project. I was surprised at how quickly the project was completed. He understood we needed the repair done before winter and stuck to the timeline and quote he stated. They did very clean, professional work. I was charged $2k in February for a minor roof leak that is still not fixed after months of calling. Of course, it didn't rain until after payment was made. Don't pay until after the next rain storm.

We hired Scott to complete a roof project started by another person and we were extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. However, the patio roof is leaking and I have tried to contact Scott multiple times to come back and look at it and to repair it. I have been unable to get him to return my text messages. Perhaps he is out of town, not working during COVID, or out of business. We really like him. We just want the leak repaired.

As with any construction, tell them what you want such as metal thickness, that you want all the screws lined up evenly, careful handling of metal to avoid scratches, color, etc. For metal roofing the internet website for Lyons Metal where the roofing material is purchased, shows the most accurate color. Scott Nichols gave a good and fair price for the entire job. I now have a lovely metal roof and I am grateful to have hired State Roofing Company.
