I initially asked another company to come look at the job so when Blake called just moments later I politely told him I was good, another company was coming out in less than an hour. Blake said thank you and I hung up. But then I got the quote for the work and was blown away by the estimate I received and the fact that they would need to "order the Spring needed." I called Blake back and he graciously said he'd come to give me a quote at no cost (the original company charged me 100 bucks)! Blake's quote was much more in line with my expectations and he had all the parts needed so I agreed and Blake did the repair in under an hour! Great work!
