I called because there was not enough water getting into my dishwasher. I was pleasantly surprised that I got an appointment early the next day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me what was not working properly. I have not decided yet whether to fix it or buy a new one that would be a better model than what I have. In the future, would only use them as extremely satisfied with the customer service.

These guys are awesome! I woke up to finding a puddle of water around my refrigerator so I naturally assumed that I had some kind of leak in the lines. I called these guys and they showed up right away. Anyhow he searched and searched but said he couldn't find any leak. But then he looked around and discovered that it was coming from a water bottle nearby that must've just broke down and formed a hole in the bottle. He held it up and showed it to me and I have to admit that I felt pretty stupid lol. Anyhow...he asked me about my icemaker being empty and I told him that it was broken and that my last repairman (who charged me a small fortune for trying to fix it) told me that he couldn't find any parts for it. I never used ice anyhow so I just resigned myself to not using it. Well....this guy fiddled around in the back for a few seconds and lo and behold the icemaker started working for the first time in several years! He just charged me a very modest service fee for showing up. At that point I felt pretty smart for calling him and wished that I had known about him sooner. I'll be calling these guys for all my appliance needs going forward and you should do the same!

Max was came slightly early which was great. Quickly diagnosed the issue which was an internal screw boss had broken. Had the right tools to do the repair quickly. Thoroughly tested the repair before he left.

It took a couple tries to get the correct igniter part but my cooktop is now functioning with all burners! Max is very conscientious and tidy - easy to have in your home.

He spent maybe three minutes here. He checked the elements but I had already removed them and checked them. Then he told me it was the mother board. Which is amazing considering the oven wasn't even plugged in and he didn't touch or test any part other than the elements. Then he told me not to get a GE even though they historically rate highest in sonsumer satisfaction. So I wonder if he even knows what he's talking about. He didn't give an explanation of why he thought it was the mother board.

The heater element was good and only one reason after a heater element is a control board. You took you stove out without a professional technician and it was destroyed your oven more. We can’t help when customers try to repair-destroy their appliances. We saw appliance like yours first time. Plus you didn’t tell anything when our tech was in your house. Max was very prompt in arriving, familiar with the problem on our model of Whirlpool bottom freezer refrigerator; he had the correct part in his shop van, and had it installed quickly. The fridge has been working like new since his repair. His timeliness, proficiency, and reasonable rates make it a certainty we will call him in the future.

A&B unclogged a drain and also put a new tube in. Apparently there was a design flaw with Whirlpool Gold refrigerators like mine and so they replaced it with the redesigned part. I haven’t had any more leaks.

This is the fifth appliance he has worked on saving me thousands of dollars. I had already checked into purchasing a new refrigerator but thought I better have Max look at it first. Sure glad I did! A quick 30 min assessment and simple fix saved the day! He is simply the best with a sense of urgency without sacrificing quality, high integrity and a strong understanding of appliances. Max was professional and punctual. It took several visits to isolate the problem. My husband sent videos of the leaking for Max to review. He always responded appropriately. Finally isolated the issue, ordered the part , had it installed and so far so good.
