I advised the customer that the stabilizing rods needed to be replaced on this unit my son and I owners of the business we turned a week later as planned and installed the parts tested the unit the unit ran fine the customer is unhappy with the machines and does not like them so therefore he is complaining about something that is not there I told him that the parts were paid for and could not be returned nor the money be returned he paid me $180 in labor fee to complete the work after he texted me and told me that he had put a stop stop payment on the check so I did not return and could not return his money for the parts were paid for and I explain that to him the unit is not broke he just does not like the unit he’s a single man and wash is very rarely I tested unit with him and my son and he agreed to the completion of the work if he is unhappy with the unit that is his problem not mine I have taken a hit on this call I do not like it but I’ve dealt with customers like this in the past it is what it is and it is what it was the service was completed properly professionallyService Provider Response
Customer called on a Saturday I tried to explain to her the area I would not be there until Monday she insisted so I made time and went out and found that there was soap scum underneath the wash plate and Innertube took washer apart pan cleaned wash plate and enter tub rinse by hand with hot water from the wall made sure every thing was clean replaced wash plate left towel that I used to wipe up some water in the wash to catch any dirt what was left was residue the unit is cleanAsk for details
