Description of Work: After powerwashing the house the vinyl siding did not look any cleaner than before with the exception of the north side of the house where some moderate buildup was removed. I was advised before the start that there could be some discoloration when the product is applied. That was the fact I am now living with what looks like stains on the siding in numerous places

Description of Work: Keep Up Appearances power washed my house. I was very pleased with their service and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Had purchased a Big Deal with Keep Up Appearances for a pressure washing. We wanted to include gutters in the pressure washing. Our house has LeafGuard gutters, where the manufacturer specifically states no bleach or detergents other than mild ones can be used to clean them, otherwise the warranty on the LeafGuard gutters is void. The rep from Keep Up Appearances mentioned that such restrictions would not allow them to do a pressure washing that would be up to their own standards. We agreed that it was in the best interest of both parties for us not to continue. I can respect Keep Up Appearances for their candor, as opposed to continuing to attempt to sell a service that would not have been in the customer's best interest. That said, I would bring Keep Up Appearances back out to do a complete pressure washing once we are rid of the restrictive LeafGuard gutters.

Description of Work: Andrew did not show up for appointment set for estimate od gutter cleaning. I heard nothing from him. I sent an email the day after and he did finally call back and said that he did not make it by for estimate. He made a half hearted effort of an estimate by guessing while looking at house on google maps which was completely incorrect. He added that he didn't know when he would be in the area. It was clear that he had no interest in doing thew work. I would not use him.
