Andrew was extremely professional, did a superb job of cleaning the gutters and was always responsive to e-mails. I would definitely use him again in the future for my gutters.

Andrew is meticulous! Our windows are spotless -- I could have never completed such a thorough and time consuming job on my own. I will continue to hire Andrew back on a semi-annual or annual basis to clean out our windows.

We needed to prep our house for rent. We had a few pieces of missing siding to replace and I researched on Angie's list finding this company highly recommended. After completion of their work my wife and I are very happy with the outcome of their work. Would recommend them and use them again for similar services.

After purchasing the deal for $100 I called to set up an apppointment, as well as, an estimate for additional work. They came out that day to give me the estimate and schedule an appointment. Two days later the work was completed. Excellent service. He was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived on time and spent several hours completing the job. I am very impressed with the results. The house looks great. My driveway and patio look like they did when I purchased the home. I look forward to having them work with me in the future. I highly recommend.their company.

Called Andrew and got a free est. and scheduled the work for Aug. 15th.Andrew arrived as planned on the 15th, and he got right to work, he set up and started with the roof, sprayed it with cleaner, waited a while and then started washing, the dirty water coming off was unbelievable.I had to leave and he finished before I returned, but Andrew called me that evening to make sure I looked it over and was happy.II was more than happy to say the least, as I said before it looked like a new house. My friend across the street came over and asked if I was moving, because the house looked so good he said i could sell it as the best house on the street. Thanks to Andrew.

He was very well equipped for the job. He was very careful when he was in my home. He removed his shoes when he was going to be working on the carpet. I was very impressed with the way that he worked. He was very professional and considerate. He was recommended to us, and I recommended him to the two other ladies that live near me. I don't think anyone could have done any better than what Andrew did.

He did a great job and I did not think he was going to be able to finish the job in one day and he did. My wife could not believe her eyes when looking at what a good job he did. There was a big difference before and after the work was performed.

Everything went well but the next day I realized he missed a little mold under ledge of roof. I should have pointed it out but neither of us saw it when he completed the job. I would very much use him again but I would personally inspect the final job a little better. That dog gone mold grows everywhere. I cleaned it myself with a sprayer in about 5 minutes so it was not a big deal. The house looked 10 times better when he was done.

He was very thoughtful, and I was very impressed with him. He utilized the time, while it was raining he took care of things on the inside of the home. The next day when the rain stopped he quickly moved to the outside and finished things up. He has a very good sense humor and is very easy to work with.

Andrew and I talked by phone and afterward he swung by the house to look things over and give me an estimate. I liked what I saw and hired him over the phone on the return call. We set up a start time of 8 in the morning, and true to his word he was dead on 8. So he gets points for showing up on time. It may seem like a small thing, but for me if you tell me 8, please be there at 8....you get the point. Anyway, the job was big due to the driveway and sidewalk looking just about black with dirt and leaves and stains and just old age. I am not even sure if it had ever been pressure washed before this time. I should have taken before and after pictures and mad at myself now, because seeing is believing in this case. Andrew worked nonstop all morning and into the afternoon. So now you know he is prompt and a very hard worker....and also a heck of a nice guy. So there you go, I would hire him again in a moment, he is good.

Great service but has to come back as 1 inlet valve has small water leak.

I received an email in October from Keep Up Appearances, just reaching out to his customers to see if there was any home repairs they could complete. It was a great reminder to me of a problem I previously neglected to address. I responded, they started the job and quickly realized it was more extensive than initially thought. I am outside of the market, so they sent several photos and detailed the problem with associated costs. When the project was completed they provided photos outlining all that was corrected. Most impressive was the ability to pay the job through Paypal which was so convenient. Keep Up Appearances continues to exceed my expectations, any work needed on my property, belongs to Andrew and his team! I would highly recommend!

It was a special of $149 but I had him do a couple of extra things. He was really good at the job and I was very pleased with him. He was a very nice, young man and I would not hesitate to have him back out to do some other things. He wants to please.

Excellent! Andy was on time, very dilligent in working through the project and the house looks great! He pressure washed the entire house and the "before and after" were really amazing! The windows hadnt been cleaned in 3 years and they look new as well. Excellent work and we would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Andrew was a super great guy. He was responsive from the first call, came out on time as scheduled and was done in a very efficient time frame. He was very effective in removing the mold on the white paint with NO mess and NO shrubbery damage from the chemicals. He also went above and beyond to help with the screens and some molding. This was an Angie's List Deal I took advantage of and do feel it was indeed a great value. You should also consider him for handyman services. I had him quote on some repairs to my storage building. They were reasonable and I'm sure he would have done a great job but just too much to invest in an old building.

I am not sure that my house really needed it because it did not look much different after they were through. Our house is about 5 years old and it is light green. The guy did a real thorough job but it looked about the same; apparently it was not dirty except for the white pillars on the front. Apparently the water dislodged the caps on the posts and water dripped down the pillars, streaking them. They came back and tried to clean it off but could get it unstreaked. Other than that they were very good, thorough and even did my detached garage; even though it was not part of the deal.

Andrew was very responsive, asked about the damage to my door before arriving, and brought all necessary supplies with him to my house. He was able to fix my door the same day, after only 2 hours. He was courteous and professional, fixed the door to my satisfaction, and cleaned up all of the debris. Including supplies, the overall price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I would definitely use him again.
