Company was very good. Arrived when they were supposed to and completed all work in a timely manner. Finished after dusk and returned the next day to inspect his work. Very pleased with everything.

Andrew did a great job. He was very professional and organized. He efficiently went around and washed the whole house exterior and went back to certain areas.

The lichen was beginning to grow through the shingles and potentionally dislodge some of the shingles.

The owner did a great job and was very methodical in his work. Did not leave anything behind. Would use him in the future for my sidewalk as well as driveway to get rid of stains.

Andrew and his crew removed all decorative furniture, plants, and outside materials before power washing my front porch. When they were finished, they put everything back properly. They power-washed the driveway and sidewalk and brought it back to a brand new appearance. Andrew warned me about the 'leafing' issue on the cement, as well as how often to check my gutters for cleaning. Since I'm new to NC, I wasn't aware that it's practically a year-round need.

Andrew was very professional and polite. He contacted me within a few days after my "Big Deal" purchase and we scheduled a date that everything could be done at the same time. Two different technicians arrived at my home on the specified date and time. The work was done so that it was not invasive and they were very careful moving my personal items. The fans & the pressure wash drasctically changed my home for the better. The fans made it cooler and consequently lowered my electric bill and the pressure wash was so well done that my neighbors thought I had painted my house!!! I would definetely use "Keep Up the Appearance" again and I have recommended them to my family, friends and co-workers!

Andrew did a fantastic job. I called on a Tuesday, he was here to provide an estimate later that afternoon and was able to move some things around to get the work done 2 days later. The quality of work is excellent for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using Keep Up Appearances again.

It worked out perfectly. The end product looked gorgeous. The man who came out was extremely nice, very professional and punctual. There were a couple of things that he had taken off our porch to move so that he could power wash and it was getting kind of late so I left and when I came back the next morning, there were still a couple of things off the porch but he came back the following morning and put them back. He added an extra charge because the railing on the porch, the brick work and the gutters were extra work and we have those enclosed gutters so they were really nasty. He came out and did an estimate beforehand and I knew that it was going to be more than the $280 that I paid for the big deal. So, it was not unexpected but the total price was truly less than what I expected to pay.

I purchased a big deal from them. We have had them before and they are good. He came that first day and he did what I wanted him to do.

Excellent. Arrived on-time and did an outstanding job. We just moved here and have had window washers in prior homes but none compare to the quality of this outfit. I will absolutely use them again (semi annual?) and will happily refer them to others.

It went very well and we had them do extra work for us. He was very booked so it was about a month or six weeks before he was able to get out here. He did such a good job; we went ahead and hired him for the other stuff. The big deal was for the pressure washing. I would use him again. He did everything that we asked him to do and he was very reasonable.

House was power washed within a few days of contact and was told the painting would be done in a couple of weeks. They took great care in protecting all of the plantings around the house. Even with the care they took, a couple of the more tender plants had leaf burn from the chemicals. Andrew called a few days later to check for any plant damage. He said he was always looking for ways to improve his work. Painting was delayed a bit because of the rainy weather but Andrew kept in touch and kept me informed. Painting went well. They took extra effort to sand down one of the porch railings and applied multiple coats of paint on it..

He was punctual, professional, and did a really good job. The house looks so much better now. I purchased the $120.00 deal from Angie's list for up to 1500 square feet. Had to pay another $120 when he got here because my house was bigger than 1500 square feet. Overall, I would certainly use this company again.

Andrew came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled us right away. He emailed us an itemized list of the work to be done. He arrived promptly and worked steadily. He was careful in moving items out of the way and made sure they were put back when done. He took care in rinsing off vegetation around the house after power washing. I am very happy with the work done! Our windows are sparkling clean. The crud that was caked under our gutters and soffits is gone and really gave the house a face lift. Plus, our front walk, which was so filthy looks like it was just poured yesterday. Andrew is professional and personable and clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend Keep Up Appearances.
