I signed up for Angie's Big Deal to have the house pressure washed for $149 (forgot what the original price was without the "big deal"). I got a great deal because the Andrew did a great job washing the house. Because of all the dirt & grime on the beige vinyl siding, the house looked a lot older than it really is (10 yrs). Even without the "big deal" pricing, his hard work & detail is worth the full price. I highly recommend his service and would have him back for more work in the future.

This started out as an Angie's List Big Deal to pressure wash the house. The windows were a service they priced for me as a courtesy as part of the Big Deal. I needed the shutters and door painted and asked for an estimate in addition to the work they were already doing. I thought their prices were very competitive. They came when they said they would, did the work with no surprises. They even did a couple of small things along the way that weren't really in the prices.For example, they snapped on a couple of second story outside screens while they had the ladders up on the side of the house. It only took a few minutes and they were glad to do it. The quality was great and I would hire them again in a minute.

We couldn't be more pleased by the work that Andrew did. He came and moved all the furniture off the front porch and back patio. He cleaned the house several times until it was spotless. Not an easy task as we have white vinyl siding, that has accumulated mold and mildew on it. Andrew replaced all the furniture afterwards. The house looks great! I would highly recommend this company again!

All in all, I am very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to a friend and use them again and for other services.

I purchased a big deal coupon for exterior pressure washing of my two story house. They came out with in a week and did a great job. I had mold in several areas of the second story and on the gutter/downspouts. I wasn't able to be home when they came so I was hoping that they would get all of it and they did. I am very pleased with the work they did and would use them again and for other services that they offer. Thank you.

I purchased this firm's gutter cleaning services thru an Angies List big deal. Andrew met my expectations in every way, from initial phone call to actual work performed. I plan to rehire him for other cleaning and handyman services in the near future. He is extremely professional while at the same time warm and personable and someone I feel I can trust working in my yard and home.

We needed someone in a hurry because we were having a real estate auction. Andrew was very willing to come right away. He came the same day we called and did the work the next day. They were here on time and did wonderful work. We couldn?t be happier.

I must say Keep Up Appearances was affordably priced, professional and persistent. Andrew is the only contractor who called me to see if I had any questions about the estimate, etc. The work was completed in a timely manner. Upon review, my property manager stated the company did a good job. I would certainly use Keep Up Appearances in the future.

Andrew has done two handyman jobs for us. We first used Andrew to fix a broken iron railing at the front of our house. We were so impressed with his work, professionalism, and reasonable rates that when we purchased an extremely large playset that needed assembly we called Andrew first. He did an amazing job. He even came back 6 weeks after the job just to check if everything was okay and we were happy with the work. We will continue to use Keep up Apperances for any of our small handyman needs.
