Rafael came to my house and did a walk through with me. He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I was ready to hire him and his team, but with the quarantine in effect, I decided to take on the chore myself. Rafael checked in on me randomly and offered his advice on some areas I was having trouble. At one point I thought I was in some serious trouble, but Rafael coached me through it. He never asked for compensation and I was able to complete my 800 square foot project with his assistance. If I could go back, I would have hired Rafael and saved myself the headache. After having a good experience with Rafael, I hired his relative Edgar Macedo to complete some painting jobs for me. He was prompt, hardworking, and efficient. He did not cut corners and made sure to get every ounce of the kitchen by pulling out all appliances (stove, refrigerator, etc). I was especially impressed that he took it upon himself to re-do two walls with which he was personally unsatisfied. He also re-spackled some areas that I tried to do myself, which was greatly appreciated.

Rafael and team did an excellent job replacing our old carpet with hardwood. Our request to have different woods for each room was fulfilled easily. He helped secure the wood for each room, delivered it, and installed it in a timely manner (even amidst the COVID-19 work insecurities). Some of the harder wood required special installation procedures that were no problem for Rafael. He is courteous and prompt with his service, and provides a detailed invoice for work performed.

I've hired Rafael and his relatives for several "handyman" jobs around my house. Mario P. worked very hard to fix several broken doors and door frames, including buying an entire new door and installing it in the same day. He was professional and prompt. He charged fairly for a full day of work.

Rafael and his crew did a great job refinishing the original hardwood in my 1950's farmhouse as well as installing hardwood throughout the additional portions of the house. There were some subfloor complications (from the original house) that he immediately brought to my attention and worked hard to overcome. He also went above and beyond to help me get the appropriate hardwood type by meeting me at the store to make sure I got the right type, and delivered it to my house. He was prompt and worked hard to finish in a timely manner.

Rafael did an amazing job installing LVP flooring in my rental home. He was quick to respond and the price was on point for the quality of work I received. I will definitely use him again on future home flooring upgrades.
